I am really "thank you" to Wei Ni! After the incident, we contacted the hotel and they offered to refund one night's hotel fee + medical expenses. We refused. Ctrip did communicate with us afterwards, but this is not what we want. We don't want money. What we want is to be a four-year-old traveler. Star-rated hotels and such a large platform are responsible for society. Just imagine that those who stay in parent-child rooms must have children with them. Why can’t the hotel even do basic disinfection? What if the person bitten today is not an adult but a child? Can a child resist scratching at this level of itching? If this causes permanent scars on the child's skin or affects the child's normal life due to repeated scars, who is responsible? As parents of two children, we don’t want a penny in compensation. I just hope that the hotel will publicly apologize and the platform will take it off the shelves for rectification, but the platform’s reply cannot do that. I don’t know if we are the first victims, but I I hope we are the last victims. I only hope that the business manager of the platform can understand that conscience is more important than money than business.
