The lady boss was very arrogant. It was not the arrogance of verbal confrontation or cold service. It was that she did not realize that the B&B is actually a service industry, and it was not that you were financially free and had other side jobs, so you could do whatever you wanted. This was disrespectful to your guests. If there is payment and profit, it is business, and you must have the consciousness of a service provider. You are not short of money, so you can't control your sense of superiority when communicating with guests, which made me feel much worse about the trip at that time. Because the attitude and views were so incredible, I still remember it. For example, when talking about coffee, because the B&B is also a coffee shop, I said that I like to drink dirty during the chat. The lady boss immediately questioned what was good about dirty, isn't it just drinking milk, and said that we never make it at home, only hand-brewed. It seems that drinking dirty is something very tasteless. But in fact, boutique coffee shops all over the world can do it, I don't know what's superior about it. After the lady boss said that, she wanted to soften her tone, and then said that she could make a cup for me tomorrow, "Just think of it as a reward from my sister." OMG! This is definitely the most disgusting thing I heard this year! I still remember it clearly! If I hadn't been in the mountains late at night and couldn't get a taxi, I would have checked out immediately and left this place full of superiority! Such offensive and disrespectful words were said to guests so casually, which really opened my eyes. For a moment, I was confused. Did I come to Yunnan for a vacation, or did I come to the mountains to receive the "reward" given by this landlady? It's ridiculous. In addition, since you have chosen a hillside with inconvenient transportation, rugged mountain roads, no taxis, and can only be reached by tricycles or self-driving as a homestay, and no lunch/dinner is provided, you should provide a good shuttle service. Instead of calling a cooperative tricycle for 50 yuan. The landlady explained that the tricycles belong to the villagers themselves, not their employees, so it is reasonable to go down the mountain at your own expense. I think this is also part of arrogance, lack of self-reflection by service providers, and the expenses incurred by insufficient supporting implementation should be borne by the homestay. Everything is waiting for the right person, and those who are willing to take the bait will be hooked. In addition, during the communication, "refusing to receive the elderly and children" and "not being on the same path so not wanting to make this money" were mentioned. I can only say that I am not that kind of person, and I can't understand it at all😅 Finally, let's talk about the B&B itself. Objectively speaking, the public area is beautiful. It must have its advantages to be able to sell at this price in such a remote place. There are not many guest rooms, so the area is large, but this is the only advantage. The soft furnishing design is too ordinary! It is not even as good as the hundreds of rooms in Shaxi. There was a problem with the shower when I checked in. The explanation given to me was that the cleaning lady was a local villager and the service inspection was not standardized. I can only say that different people have different opinions.

老闆娘姐姐人超級好，景色也是古鎮、包括附近村子民宿中的天花板～家的感覺不是説説而已，沒有一丁點不好的體驗，超愛超愛超棒超棒！！😊 還有一條和姐姐一樣情緒穩定的沙皮犬，性格很温順，怕狗的我都喜歡上它了～ 走的時候很不捨得，一定會再來的民宿～

民宿整體氛圍感滿滿，充滿了細節，尤其喜歡房屋內的佈置、陳設和草木，這些細節無一不彰顯着屋主夫婦的品味和用心。房間內的衞洗麗馬桶，戴森吹風機、中央空調等都體現了屋主夫婦對入住客人感受的細緻入微的關懷 甄選晚安甜品:冰糖雪梨煮的軟糯可口，但又不甜膩，特別暖心。
