No hot water. No toilet paper. Shower heater disconnected. No key for room, so couldn't lock. No drinking water. Thin duvet not really adequate for the cold nights in this region. Sad to say, but have never experienced such a poor standard in China before this.

We had a great stay, the room has bedsheet heating which was necessary as we stayed in winter and a bathtub.

We had a great stay in Jianchuan literature Deyu hotel! The room was very nice, large and cosy. There is no heating system in the bedroom, but the heating beds are very useful to start the night and have a perfect sleep. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. There are large common living rooms on each floor. We only stayed one night so we didn't have time to use it, but if we stayed longer we would have enjoyed it for sure! If we come back to Jianchuan, we'd be happy to go back to this hotel!

The door cannot be locked, the bathroom is smelly, there is no light on the ceiling, there is no hair dryer, and the bed sheets are not clean. After all, the price is there, so friends who want to stay in the hotel should consider it carefully.

An issue on Trip caused us some embarrassment and was difficult to deal with at the front desk, but they were ultimately very understanding and accommodating. The room was ok.
