The garden is very beautiful—my dad kept praising it for its charming Chinese traditional style and decoration. It definitely adds a peaceful and unique atmosphere to the place.
The room was okay, but the toilet setup was quite disappointing. There was no door for privacy, and the toilet itself was the old-style squat type, which is uncomfortable—not suitable for elderly people, and even I found it hard to use.
Other than that, everything else was fine. The breakfast was very simple: plain porridge served with salted vegetables, a hard-boiled egg, and some sweet potato. Don’t expect a big variety, but it’s enough to start the day.

We had a wonderful time at this guest house. The location is perfect (5 min from old town). The staff is extra Nice. The rooms are very comfy. The breakfast is local style (rice, eggs, small homemade breads, some steamed vegetables). They let us used their Washing machine for free. They were so helpful with the luggage. And the vibes are just so relax and chill !!

The hotel service was warmth and friendly. They were proactive in helping us to see which level we prefer.
Room was spacious !
They have laundry washer so that was great !
It's within walking distance to ancient city but need to walk a small street to the hotel.

Great location, place is confortable and beautiful. Downside is service: we asked him on off-season how to get a ride to a touristic location. He recommended his overpriced friend taxi while there are cheaper means such as buses even off-season
