The room I was given on the second floor at first had a leaking bathroom and the floor was so dirty that I couldn't look at it. The KTV downstairs was dancing like a dead person in the middle of the night, and the noise was disturbing. I communicated with the front desk twice but to no avail. They had to go downstairs and have a fight before they could change the room. My good mood was ruined by this rubbish hotel. The bathroom leaked, the floor was dirty, and there was noise. It was good that I didn't check out, but there was not even a little comfort compensation. The facilities were old, and there was no parking space. Ctrip paid 100 yuan out of its own pocket. If you book this hotel, you should avoid it. The second floor is so noisy that you can't stand it. The service attitude is so bad. I decided to cancel it and didn't even stay in a more expensive hotel. The cleaning probably doesn't even have the most basic hygiene standards. The hotel service industry has failed so badly, which really smears the tourism industry in Hangzhou. Hygiene: very dirty and messy

The service attitude of the young lady was very good, and she even gave me an upgrade. I just don't know where the KTV is. At night, it feels like I'm living in a KTV. The sound insulation is quite poor. They sing very late every day. Remember to bring earplugs when you go.

On the first day of check-in, I was not allowed to check in at first because the epidemic prevention did not allow it. I was told to stay in the hotel next door. Then I called the epidemic prevention number and they said I could stay. Slippers were not provided on the first day.
