設施：吹風機居然是假的！這是萬萬沒想到的，根本就開不了機，投影儀播視頻比較模糊，偏卡頓
衞生：這是我最難接受的，最終取消續住的根本原因！枕頭有污漬！抽紙居然是臟的！廁所捲紙是被打濕過乾燥後的
環境：蚊蟲消殺有待提高，床上有時還會爬蟲
服務：管家還是服務比較可以的，即使打掃衞生阿姨沒做到位，管家還自己專門過來換了四件套

非常滿意的一次體驗，沒有來之前擔心是照騙，結果超乎想象的好，環境很不錯。房間內設施很齊全，都不想出門，氛圍也很温馨，給人放鬆度假的鬆弛感。衞浴和洗浴都很舒服。下午茶和早餐也豐富，下午茶提供咖啡、茶、水果和小零食，早餐包括當地的鍋巴粉、玉米、紅薯和牛奶！民宿還提供梵凈山景區接送服務，可以根據我們時間安排，非常方便景區來回。

太平河景非常美，沿線都是青山綠水，如果夏天去會更美吧，空氣特別好。管家提前告知我們天氣，安排專車接送，行程規劃，老闆親自泡茶並介紹了梵凈山吃喝玩樂的。交通也很方便，管家推薦的附近餐館，味道還不錯哦。民宿開業於2022年，但保持得很新，床墊舒適，客房和公共區域乾淨整潔。房間裏面還特別配了銅仁珍珠花生米，很好吃！我們對民宿的服務、位置、環境、設施和衞生都非常滿意，並且因為這家民宿而更加喜愛梵凈山，強烈推薦這家民宿！

攜程上面看見房間照片很乾凈，就訂了這個房間。攜程預訂了很多次房間，這是第一次給差評。
1.民宿在距離梵凈山大約10公里的一個當地居民區，周圍很破舊。但是外部環境差還能接受。
2.到了民宿找不到前台，逛了半天結果前台接待的一個妹妹在餐廳裏。真的很無語……
3.重點來了，房間在二樓沒有電梯，拖着行李爬樓進入房間。房間裏地面很多灰塵，很臟。房間頂部全是各種蚊蟲，預訂的是套房，其中一個床是非常硬的棕墊根本沒法睡人。白色的被子上面至少有10多衹飛蟲在上面……
4.本來想湊合就在這裏入住，讓兒子去換塑料拖鞋洗澡。結果拖鞋上面全是黃色的污跡……看着就很噁心。兒子説這麼臟怎麼穿。
這個時候已經晚上10點了，一家人也不想去爭論房間的問題，也不想去退房了。馬上預訂了重慶的酒店，開車4個小時入住了重慶的酒店。路途中民宿還打電話來確認我們是不是不要這個房間了。我回復是不要了，對方説我們不要了他們就房間給其他的遊客了。房間費我不要，也不想去爭取了。在這裏就是給其他準備預訂這個民宿的遊客一個忠告！誰訂這個民宿誰後悔！真的千萬不要被那些虛假的照片欺騙了！（由於晚上走得匆忙，趕去重慶的酒店，忘了拍照，但所描述的句句真實。）
