The place is too pricey compared to the service they have. The room has the minimal service and equipment, it was not clean. The bathroom was smelly. Breakfast was good the stuff were very nice and smiling all the time. The front desk took a copy of every single page on my passport, even the second day before i checked out he came asking for another photo of my passport.
The cost is too high for one room.

5 stars for the staff, front desk, and waiters. The location is great, but the hotel facilities and environment really need improvement. I was completely disturbed when I slept late at night! But the staff were proactive in resolving the issue!

The hotel is perfectly located, across the river from Ershibadu Ancient Town and a 5-minute walk from the scenic area entrance. The hotel boasts beautiful landscaping, lush greenery, a gurgling stream, and views of Ershibadu across the river. Breakfast includes specialty glutinous rice cakes, rice noodles, and tofu soup. 重點説下前台小夥子的差勁服務態度：週日抵達後大雨，跟前台借傘出行。酒店沒有提供，一個搞衞生的阿姨把前台一個壞掉的傘借給我，説很久沒人用的，也不知道是誰丟這裏不要的，讓我先拿去用。我就拿走了。結果小夥子讓阿姨又去跟我索回，説阿姨沒權利借給我，傘又不是她本人的，數落阿姨半天。那我衹能又重新跟小夥子借，小夥子不借還出口傷人，説：“傘都讓你們借沒了，不還怎麼辦…在我眼裡能用的傘就不是破傘…你自己去超市買…要想用100塊按金…”真是無語啊！本該提供的服務，鬧得跟欠錢一樣。我主要還有70歲的母親在身邊，他仍然説話很難聽……這是我用攜程十幾年來第一個差評！
