提前一天開的房，訂好之後過去説滿房了，那時候已經凌晨一點多了，説看錯時間了，沒有房了，還説大家都有問題，請問我有什麼問題，按照平台規則這種情況下你應該是給我重新安排房，就算你這邊沒有你也要想辦法協調，而不是説都是大家的錯，而且一開始説退一百三給我，我付錢都付了一百四十多，她説平台要手續費這種話，請問那麼晚了我上哪裡去找房開？打電話給老闆娘老闆娘還説話態度那麼差，説臟話，本來想平台投訴，那時候又因為太晚平台沒有人工接電話，然後就打電話給老闆娘叫她退錢，她還囂張的説你不是要去投訴嗎趕緊去投訴，**什麼，懶得扯那麼久就重新到店才退的錢，衹知道推卸責任，要不是怕麻煩早就報警了，噁心人🤢
