已經是多次入住，每次回老家都會選擇這裏，目前應該還是監利最好的酒店，地段相對還行，周邊有商場，出行交通便利。

算是監利最好的酒店了，但是服務水平實在堪憂，外賣不送上樓，也沒機器人更沒有禮賓服務。外面裝修氣派，房間內卻一般，沒有智能設備。
服務：服務人員培訓有待提高，發現床單有污漬，前台叫阿姨上來看，阿姨一口流利的監利話就算了，還在那裡犟説是乾淨的，然後把床單重新整理了一下就完事，也不知道下次哪個倒黴蛋會入住。前台服務人員態度可以，很及時幫忙換了房間
衞生：床單有白色狀污漬，阿姨犟着説是熨斗熨的印記。

監利最貴的酒店，可能也是當地政府接待、會議的酒店之一。設施設備還可以，位置也還行。但是服務真是不敢恭維。有幾點讓我很不舒服：1.三百多的房費，另外要收五百多的按金，我無法理解。2.前台服務人員態度非常不好，一副“愛住住，不住滾”的樣子，服務行業連基本的對待工作對待客人的態度都有問題。3.晚上打電話讓送兩瓶水上來，竟然還要收費，真的讓人大開眼界，我懷疑我的耳朵聽錯了。我每個月出差二十多天，住過大大小小不少的酒店，第一次見酒店幾瓶額外的水竟然還要收費。摳門至此，真是無語。

住了最貴的套房,但居然开了2个多小时的空調,温度还只是17度,當然感冒了！沒想到据说是监利最好的酒店只能如此.第二天換另一房間溫度才可以搞到25度,感谢前台的安排！

這個酒店應該是當地最好的酒店。地理位置便利，對面是翔宇教育集團。酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，房間面積大。停車免費。
