酒店乾淨，位置好停車.
但是用攜程十幾年住了上百家酒店.第一次給服務差評.
前台女服務員非常不專業，且對長者不尊重.
兩個八十歲長者住一間房，其中一位洗澡但水遲遲不熱，另一個去前台問熱水器不熱的問題，問了兩次，前台就回復“我也沒辦法”讓老太太回去等，一副事不關己高高掛起的態度.
長者凍的不行，最後給我打電話，我下去跟前台説，依舊是讓我回去等，還嫌我煩。後來長者再三要求才肯來到房間看熱水器. 5分鐘升1度，等了半個小時熱水器衹有34度.最後我們要求下開一間房洗澡.
前台不尊重長者，碰到基本問題不去解決的態度，沒有服務意識，非常讓人寒心.
看到下面也有人投訴沒有服務，遇到問題不解決，沒有同理心. 看來對於這個酒店服務的投訴不是個例.遠沒有購物吃飯碰到的建水人淳樸.
帶長者孩子的慎選！

位置好，就在古城內。環境好，古色古香且乾淨。服務好，前台小姐姐漂亮熱情！早餐雖簡單但齊全，服務大姐較熱情，超級推薦！！

位於建水古街的入口處，距離臨安小火車和著名的朝陽門都是步行可達，庭院是翻新仿古建築，室內全木結構，入住體驗不錯。

建水古城內的古式建築酒店，酒店客服熱情大方，房間乾淨整潔衞生安靜、床上用品非常乾淨，去附近景區方便幾分鐘至20分鐘內都可以到達，酒店有自己的停車位在古城內是比較難找到的，早餐的米線湯水都非常好吃還有酸奶等其他東西。

酒店位於建水古城入口，景點臨安地鐵站就在酒店對面；酒店建築以仿古為主，具有當地特色，和古城風格渾然一體；周邊商業小店和餐館居多，晚上適合家人一起夜遊參觀。

此次半個月出行旅遊住的最滿意的酒店！整個小院古色古香，非常有特色和年代感。我們在院子裏就拍了很多照片，位置也很好，出門就是小火車，距離朝陽門和古城步行10多分鐘。小院裏能停幾輛車。就是早餐種類少點，不過米線挺好吃的！

酒店位置不錯，有自己的小院子可以停車，早餐的米線好吃，前台小哥哥小姐姐和保安大叔都很和藹熱情。建水的天氣很奇特，從夜裡到早上可能雷雨交加，看起來明明像停不住，可下午又艷陽高照😂

其他不談，服務很差，談不上服務，該酒店面對突**況的應急和處理問題糟糕透頂。房間隔音又很差。孩子在房間出現意外全程沒有一句問候，真的是前所未聞。還讓我的孩子不要哭了影響別人，我也不想她哭，就問你三歲的時候頭破了流血你哭不哭。

真的是太太太令人滿意了，交通：到古城步行八分鐘，到小火車站三分鐘；環境也很好，最重要的是，車可以停家門口。家庭房樓上樓下都有廁所，夜間樓梯有感應燈。下次來建水，還想定這家店。
