民宿位置特別好，就在古城內，出門去哪條街都沒幾步路。老闆是個有品味的帥小夥，房間精緻又衞生，太滿意了。我女兒下火車就連拉帶吐，發高燒，我都嚇慌了。老闆聽説孩子生病，提前開小車來朝陽門接我們，又馬不停蹄送我們去醫院，萬分感謝！我老公一直説，這麼好的民宿，這麼好的建水，我們沒能好好玩，真的太可惜了。爭取再來，我一定把這家民宿推給所有想來建水的朋友！房間弄得有點亂，跟店家實拍圖無差。大家放心沖吧！

一家4口來建水玩，對這家店都很滿意，浴室還配來防滑墊，很貼心。房間，公共區域很温馨，還有免費茶，瓜子，糖果可以吃，很棒的一次住宿體驗。

民宿房間設施齊全衞生整潔，帥氣十足的小老闆熱情周到，由於到建水都晚上八點多了還專門安排接站服務，到了民宿巷口老闆專門等待十分的驚喜。民宿離朝陽樓東門步行大約十分鐘路程，去古城景點及十七孔橋都十分便利！

衞生很乾凈環境很好，白天馬市街上熱熱鬧鬧，還有本地居民坐在門口聊天曬太陽，到了晚上特別安靜。自駕來的附近就有停車場可以停車，來之前老闆就給我們發了停車場位置，還有電動三輪接送。老闆一家子人都特別好還給我們免費升級房型。電視是小米的可以投屏畫質很好特別順暢。走出去60m就有一家xhs上安利很多的梨花尖小吃，草芽米線超好吃。

房間非常乾淨，如前面的朋友所言。雖然不大卻乾淨精緻。位置也好，就在朝陽樓附近，溜達二三分鐘就到了。在古城的邊上，避免了拉着箱子在古城的街道里走。老闆年輕有為，人也非常好。附近有好幾家美食可以挨個打卡！有機會來建水還會選擇這裏！

住起來很舒服，老闆很親切，也很熱情。
設施：又新又乾淨，床墊還是金可兒的
衞生：基本見不到任何一處污漬
環境：雖然衹有兩層，但是真的店如其名，就像來家裡一樣
服務：談不上服務，雖然衹住了一天，但是跟老闆處的真的像朋友一樣
唯一的缺點可能就是地點比較難找，但是那麼好的酒店環境，這點缺點真的不值一提（›´ω`‹）
