Charming guesthouse with clean and comfortable rooms. My room was a little bit small, but it was fine for two nights. The area is very calm and pleasant, nearby there are many nice streets to walk and it is close to the main attractions. Staff was very friendly and offered me very nice Pu'er tea

Very nice hotel, in a quiet alley close in the ancient town, very close to the touristy spots of Jianshui. We were upgraded to a bigger room, that was really spatious and clean. Recommend 100% for a stay in Jianshui.

The hotel is in the Ancient city near the main street with lots of shops and restaurants. The room was clean and beds comfortable and it doesn't smell cigarette. Jinshui is super fun to visit, too bad that we need to head back to Kunming otherwise I would have love to stay one more night 😊

優點：在古城裡，溜達去別的地方還算方便。床很大帶着孩子住方便。
缺點：停車是非常難的，因為在古城裡。但是老闆安排了大門口。算是解決了。
如果老闆開民宿賺錢的話，請改善一下衞生間，馬桶需要換，至少換個馬桶圈。鏡台也該換了。衞生間洗澡需要隔斷，濺水哪裡都是。

房間很大，還有一個麻將桌，中式裝修風格，很漂亮，床墊和被子也很舒適，位置在古城中心，去朱家花園和文廟都很近，有停車場，不過離民宿有大約一二百米石板路，有大件行李的話略有不便。

1、房間緊挨着空氣能設備，噪聲太影響睡眠了，凌晨實在無法忍受換了房間，説實話即使換了房間聲音還是有一些。
2、雖説能睡著了，但又被幾次巨大的聲音時不時搞醒，起床後才搞清楚是別的房間關門時的聲音，房間門能發出爆炸一樣的聲響也是第一次遇到，加膠條應該就能很好的解決，老闆為什麼不處理呢，百思不得其解。
3、淋浴時發現洗髮露瓶上有幾根長頭髮；洗臉池的下水管應該是堵了，放水時返出來流得衞生間一地水。
第3點的兩個問題還能忍，噪音影響睡眠實在太痛苦了，這次的經歷得出的結論：規模比較小的民宿或客棧細節上問題還是比較多，慎重選擇。
