The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-15 minute shuttle ride to the airport, and ride-hailing services can get you to Jianyang City in around 10 minutes. Plus, it's located in an area with a variety of dining, accommodation, and entertainment options. The room facilities are complete, tidy, and clean. The desk, lounge chair, and sofa are all well-arranged, and reminders, warnings, and reservation information are all meticulously provided. Overall, I'm satisfied. As a Jinjiang member of Vienna Hotels, I have two small suggestions: 1. When closing the sliding bathroom door, the hand groove can easily overshoot due to inertia, potentially pinching one's hand. Perhaps a stopper could be installed on the upper slide rail, or a decorative barrier board could be added to the right wall. 2. Possibly because it's a new hotel, there was still a strong formaldehyde smell when exiting the elevator on the 11th floor. I recommend having a professional company perform formaldehyde reduction treatments several times.

Chose this hotel for an early morning flight. It's about 10km from the airport, and the free shuttle service in the morning was super convenient. We booked a family room, which was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The hotel was clean, hygienic, and the staff were very welcoming. There are lots of great restaurants downstairs and even street food stalls nearby.

I specifically chose the Tianfu International Hotel, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent soundproofing, making it very quiet at night. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, with attention to detail evident throughout. The food was delicious, and the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, the experience was comfortable and pleasant, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I highly recommend staying here.

This was my second stay at the Holiday Inn Express Tianfu Airport, and I'm still very satisfied. The hotel service is excellent; everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff is polite and responsive. The room was meticulously cleaned – no dust anywhere on the desk, floor, or in the bathroom, and the linens were changed promptly, which made me feel very comfortable. The location is super close to Tianfu Airport, making commutes easy, and overall, it offers great value for money. It's an excellent choice for a layover or business trip, and I've already recommended it to friends.

I was hiking in the area for a few days, and staying at this hotel was super convenient and friendly, perfect for introverts like me. The owner proactively called to arrange pick-up and drop-off, and meticulously asked about my needs for the room, bathroom, and other details. The service was thoughtful without being overbearing. The hotel is just the right distance from the night market – close enough to walk to, but far enough that it’s not noisy at night. Unlike other places that stay loud until 11 PM, I could get an early night and be ready for the next day's travel, ensuring great sleep quality. All the amenities are there, including laundry and shuttle service, and they even have adorable kittens at the hotel!

This is my second time booking here, and the front desk kindly upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciate! It's very close to Tianfu Airport, which is super convenient. Because of its proximity to the airport, there's occasional noise from planes flying overhead, but it didn't really affect my sleep. The hotel even thoughtfully provided earplugs. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's plentiful and delicious. Overall, it's a great stay.

The room was as clean as the city outside, and there were quite a few guests staying there. It was very convenient as there's a shuttle service to the airport around 5 AM, and they also offer pick-up service upon arrival. This really met my travel needs. I was initially worried about the accommodation environment and safety, but it turns out it's pretty good overall. Just a minor note, there were quite a few mosquitoes.

Environment: The hotel boasts an elegant and tranquil atmosphere, providing a very quiet and comfortable stay. The overall experience was excellent. Service: Warm and attentive service. Check-in was efficient and quick, which was great. The hotel even has a courtyard where you can relax and chat with friends in the evening. They also offer free 24-hour airport and subway transfers. If you're driving, parking is also very convenient. (I'll definitely book this hotel again for my next trip!)

Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station. The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room. There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful. This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi. But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended
