第一天入住就被蟲子咬的滿身是包，前台居然連最起碼的防蟲葯都沒有備，顧客活該被咬嗎？房間隔音超級差，你能清晰聽到床頭有人在説話，隔壁房間打開水龍就會引起整個房間水管的劇烈震動聲音。早餐到九點就結束了，也沒有提前告知一下，58一份的早餐沒趕上吃，第二條去吃早餐的時候必須提供當天的早餐券，沒有早餐券必須讓顧客再跑去前台拿，看續住訂單都不行！國際酒店，沒有一點真實服務，全都是硬生生的面子服務！

酒店非常不錯，離天府機場也近，大約車程30分鐘，費用60元左右。酒店前台服務熱情，第一次踏入四川的境地，感覺蠻好。附近吃喝也方便。下次再來住。

前台服務很好很不錯 放假過來晚上入住的前台服務很不錯，房間很乾凈、外賣是機器人送上來的，酒店旁邊有條江、逛了一下還可以風景還不錯、下次過來玩還住這邊 挺方便的不錯。

以前一直住那個天府國際酒店，價格上差不多，服務是真的一言難盡，維也納管理上比較正規，服務意識非常好，衞生很不錯，又是江景房，很好。

這兩天結婚的人多，八點不到，就有人鬧房。我去各個城市，幾乎都選維也納酒店。衞生乾淨，而且這個是新修的。大堂前廳人很多，服務員妹妹年輕漂亮，就是沒有一個笑臉。可能婚宴太多，都累了呢。我們訂那天都有五六個婚宴，一個壽宴。盜圖
