This hotel was a truly delightful surprise! It was an absolute hit, with no regrets at all. The moment we walked in, we were immediately won over by the front desk staff's efficiency. Check-in took less than three minutes. Whether we inquired about room types or requested extra slippers, they were incredibly quick to respond and provided crystal-clear answers. Their recommendations for local food and attractions were also spot-on. Hats off to them; they were professional and efficient, never making us wait a second longer than necessary. The room itself was even more impressive. It was much more spacious than anticipated, incredibly bright and airy. We had a room with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing sunlight to stream in and make the entire space feel wonderfully warm and inviting. The most thoughtful touch was the complimentary bottled water conveniently placed on the desk, easy to grab whenever we were thirsty. Such attention to detail truly shows their care. Our stay was comfortable and completely stress-free. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

To our surprise, a young lady from the front desk actually ran out with an umbrella to greet us, escorting us all the way to the lobby, even thoughtfully asking if we'd gotten wet. Once in the room, we found that all the essential facilities were there – AC and hot water worked perfectly. The biggest convenience was that food delivery could come straight to our door, so we didn't have to go downstairs to pick it up or drag the kids out to find food. As someone who appreciates convenience, I found this incredibly user-friendly! From the moment we arrived until we settled into our room, we were completely looked after. The warmth in these little details was more comforting than anything else. And the value for money is outstanding!
