The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean. After landing at the airport, I just called, and the driver picked me up very promptly. I also arranged the airport drop-off for the next day with the front desk, and they even gave me a wake-up call in the morning, which was incredibly thoughtful as they were concerned I might oversleep. Their service was truly considerate. I highly recommend this place, and my friends and I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM after landing at Tianfu. To my surprise, the duvet was so damp that my trousers got wet shortly after I sat down on the bed. The soundproofing was also very poor; I was even woken up at 2 AM by a huge rumbling sound.

The exterior looks nothing like the photos! I had booked a king room, and there were rooms available on the third floor. Despite my repeated requests for a king room on the third floor, they insisted on assigning me a twin room on the sixth floor. On top of that, I had to walk up an extra flight of stairs as the sixth floor seemed like an add-on. It was incredibly noisy when it rained, and there was a gap in the window. Their only suggestion was to close the window tightly and draw the curtains. I just had to make do for one night because I had an early flight.
