I had a terrible night's sleep, constantly itching and tossing and turning. I initially thought it was just dry air and didn't give it much thought, but woke up this morning absolutely covered in bumps. The front desk staff insisted they were mosquito bites, but there wasn't a single mosquito in the room! How could that even be possible in such cold weather?! And these are clearly not mosquito bites! Do they really think I don't know the difference? It's not like I've never been bitten by mosquitoes before! It's obvious the bedsheets and other linens were unclean! There were even black marks on the sheets and pillowcases. Before going to bed, I also noticed what looked like skin flakes on the sheets, but I brushed it off as just dust at the time. Now, seeing myself covered in these bumps, I can't help but connect the dots!
