The location is excellent. The bedding is changed for each guest and was very clean. It's perfect if you're arriving late at night and need to catch an early high-speed train the next day, as it's just a 5-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. On the downside, the room is quite compact and can feel a bit stuffy when the door is closed. While there's an adjustable fan, it gets quite loud when operating at higher settings. It could still be an acceptable option for a quick stay, even with kids.

I booked a single bed in a dorm for an overnight transit. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the bathroom was impeccably clean and bright. Being right inside the airport, the convenience is unbeatable. Just a heads-up: I arrived quite late and only upper bunks were left. These top bunks are fairly high, so if you have any mobility concerns, do take note. Other guests were all very mindful and quiet. There was a bit of air-con noise, but it wasn't a problem for me as I had my noise-canceling headphones.

The capsule itself was very clean, with air conditioning and a charging port. They also provided disposable slippers and a towel. However, the soundproofing was absolutely non-existent. Even with earplugs in and barely hearing any noise, I could feel the entire capsule shaking when someone got in or out of their bed nearby, making it virtually impossible to get any sleep. I wouldn't recommend it for layovers shorter than 4 hours. For anything over 6 hours, you're better off finding a regular hotel. At this price, hoping to get some sleep here offers terrible value for money.

Absolutely terrible, I strongly advise against staying here. First, the room has zero soundproofing. You can clearly hear every sound from the hallway. Second, it was boiling hot, and they only provided a thick duvet. The air conditioning was practically useless and incredibly noisy to boot. Third, I booked it weeks in advance for over 140, only to find the price for a walk-in on the same day was merely 120. All in all, paying 140 for this, I would have been better off just sleeping on a couch somewhere for the night.

The room was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and explained everything clearly. Shared bathrooms and toilets are available, and while they are shared, the individual toilet stalls have curtains for privacy. As it's a capsule, the sound insulation isn't perfect, but it's definitely within an acceptable range. The compact space felt quite secure and cozy. A good variety of phone charging cables were provided, and there was even a Type-C port available if you needed to plug in your own.
