I recently had the pleasure of staying at this airport hotel, and I am thrilled to share my experience. The staff were absolutely outstanding—cordial, helpful, and always ready to assist. The service made my stay truly enjoyable. The room itself was stylish and modern, featuring all the amenities one could need. It was clearly newly renovated, with a fresh and inviting atmosphere that made me feel comfortable right away. Location is also a huge plus! The hotel is conveniently situated just a short distance from the airport, making it incredibly easy to access. This is perfect for travelers looking for a hassle-free stay before or after a flight. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable rates for such quality accommodation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area—excellent service, stylish rooms, and great value make it a fantastic choice!

The location of this hotel is right next to the airport and there’s a hall connecting to DEPARTURE level. It’s so convenient and comfortable for early flight and late arrival to get rejuvenated by extra time saved on commute. Special thanks to Anna who makes the rest of journey even better. Keep it up! What a truly heartwarming and outstanding hotel! Our very first stop upon returning to the country made us feel incredibly cared for, just like family. ❤️ The airport transfer service was very convenient. The driver was friendly and communicated well. ❤️ The front desk staff were all exceptionally caring and patient. When we checked in late at night, the charming young man at the front desk not only provided children's toothbrushes but also personally brought us comfortable cups. Later, when our pre-arranged driver for our journey home was delayed and we ordered takeout lunch, a young lady quickly noticed and brought us three bottles of water. Each of these gestures deeply touched me. ❤️ There are plenty of books to read, and a gym and laundry room are available on the second floor. Next time, I'll definitely have to stay longer! ❤️ The breakfast offered a wide variety of nutritious and delicious options. ❤️ The environment is fantastic, and everything is spotlessly clean. A special mention goes to the bedding – the pillows and mattresses are absolutely superb, ensuring a truly deep and comfortable night's sleep! I will certainly choose to stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity. My sincere thanks for the wonderful care you extended to my children and me.

It's a nice hotel overall - I'd definitely recommend it if you just want to spend the night close to the airport and don't want to explore the city (it's a bit too far then). The staff are friendly and helpful. I was picked up from the airport (the hotel is roughly 20 minutes away by car). There's Luckin coffee and KFC 20 minutes away on foot. The room is sparkling clean. Basic amenities are provided - even a small fridge. AC works fine.

Good hotel. The best part is that it is very near to the airport. They have free shuttle service to airport. So if you need to catch an early flight, this can be one of the option. Front desk staff is very cooperative. Beautiful girls at the front desk are sweet and very helpful. Can speak a little English too. Which helps a lot if you are a foreigner.

Overall stay was ok but it could have been better - wifi and data signal were a bit weak, projector was not connected properly, room telephone was spoilt so I had to go down to the counter to speak to front desk. Very close to the airport and the hotel provided free airport transfer.

Very good, very cost-effective. There is a drop-off service and you can get to the airport in 10 minutes. The room is large enough and clean. The hot shower worked well. There was no staff member who spoke English but they tried to help me. Note that there is no shop or restaurant near the hotel so I requested food delivery. The airport pick up and drop off is very convenient.

This was my second stay here. They offer airport transfer service and breakfast, all at a great price. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the facilities are good. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and proactive, always ensuring guests had what they needed. I specifically chose Ibis because it's an international brand, which assures reliable check-in and consistent room maintenance standards.

The location is wonderful, which is why I chose it (and have also stayed here other times when I needed to fly out of Qingdao). The room is a pleasant size and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s quick and easy to check in and check out. No need to go outside, there’s a walkway directly into the airport. There was a lot of hair on the seat of the chair (different color than my hair so I’m certain it was not from me) so that made me uncomfortable/concerned about how much had been cleaned. There was about a half inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor so a lot of light came in from the hall so during the night I needed to put a towel there to block the light. I could easily hear people go to nearby rooms and room service going to nearby rooms, so it was a little noisy.
