The hotel has a free pick-up and drop-off service, which is very convenient. The driver is very nice and helps with luggage. Everything in the newly opened hotel is brand new, and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on! The view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows is super beautiful! There is also Lijiahe Night Market next to it, which is full of delicious food. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and helped deliver the luggage to the room. I will stay here again next time I come to the airport.

AAnonymous UserRoom is super nice, especially the bathroom. Beds were very comfy and they had memory foam pillows, which were amazing. There’s a robot room service too.
Location is very good, only a short drive from the airport. There’s a free shuttle service to the airport. They also do free pick-ups from the metro station (Jiaodong), as it’s a little too far to walk if you have luggage. There can be a wait for the pickup, as it’s only one driver with a mini-van. We ended up waiting for over half an hour when they initially said 10 minutes… so probably just pay for a Didi tbh.
Staff were generally polite and helpful. My only complaint from the stay is that the receptionist messed up my airport shuttle booking time. Booked me for the 7:40am shuttle instead of 11:40am. Admittedly 7 could maybe be misheard as 11 in Chinese, but we’d had an entire conversation about my afternoon flight and how early I should get to the airport! I ended up getting woken up by an unwelcome early wake-up call from reception and couldn’t sleep well after that. Would stay again, but probably unplug the phone next time just in case

MmaivsService: Aileen from customer service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She sent me a detailed video via WeChat showing how to get to the hotel and patiently answered all my questions. What truly amazed me was that I accidentally left my ring at the hotel, and I didn't even notice until after I'd already landed! Aileen proactively contacted me to inform me, which was absolutely wonderful! The overall hotel environment is excellent. With a direct connection from Qingdao North Station to Jiaodong Airport, and the hotel being located right inside the airport, it was extremely convenient for catching our flight the next day, especially when traveling with children.
Facilities: They have a swimming pool that kids absolutely loved! (P.S. The young man at the pool reception provided fantastic service; my child was so eager to get into the water that he ran in, and the staff member proactively inflated his swim ring and brought it directly to the pool.) The gym was also very clean, smelled fresh, and all the equipment was in good working order. There's a convenience store downstairs, which was super handy for buying snacks and drinks for the kids.
Cleanliness: The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors at all. The staff even upgraded me to a five-star deluxe room free of charge, which was a wonderful bonus!
Environment: Both the hotel lobby and the room environment were very pleasant – clean and quiet. Being located right inside the airport, it couldn't have been more convenient, especially for parents traveling with children!

WWai FungThis is value for money. Location near to the airport and you get complimentary transport to the subway, do remember to book as it goes by the hour and upon booking, you get a seat. Complimentary pickup and drop off at airport too. The breakfast is decent, room is huge and clean. My flight was early and I have to skip the breakfast which operates from 7am, the staff thoughtfully packed me a little bag of snacks that includes a packet of milk. Much appreciated!

GGuest UserThis was my second time staying at this hotel for a business trip to Qingdao. Even before checking in, I received a warm call from the hotel staff asking if I needed complimentary airport pickup service. This made me feel incredibly cared for right from the moment of my arrival.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the check-in process was quick and efficient. The front desk staff thoughtfully reminded me that I could pre-book airport drop-off service for the next day, which was very considerate. The room was clean and bright, the linens were soft and gentle on the skin, making for a particularly comfortable sleep experience.
The next morning, I ran into the hotel's General Manager during his inspection near my room. He proactively and kindly greeted me, which made me feel very respected. It's worth mentioning that the hotel lobby now offers Qingdao draught beer service, and they also provide in-room dining options.
When it was time to leave for the airport, the hotel shuttle was already waiting at the lobby entrance. The General Manager personally saw off every guest, not only helping load luggage into the car but also carefully closing the car door and waving goodbye. The service was incredibly attentive to every detail. Upon arrival at the airport, the driver proactively reminded us of the departure hall's floor, helped us with our luggage, and politely bid farewell to each guest.
The entire stay was incredibly smooth and warm, with thoughtfulness evident in every detail. I very much look forward to my next opportunity to stay here.

GGuest UserThis place is ideal for an overnight stay near the airport, perfect for late arrivals or early departures. The room was clean and tidy. While there's no private bathroom, the shared facilities were quite clean (no shower though).
Finding it for the first time can be a bit challenging. You'll need to exit the easternmost door on the departures level and walk straight down the corridor for about 5 minutes. There are no hotel signs within the terminal building, which makes it quite hard to locate. I'd recommend asking the airport to add some signage.

We contacted the hotel owner to pick us up at the airport, and he quickly sent us to the hotel. The handsome and thoughtful owner was also very considerate and gave us a free upgrade to a more spacious, comfortable and clean three-bedroom room. It was a great experience.
