The worst experience of this May Day stay. The car parked in the hotel’s parking area was rubbed by an unknown person. The hotel’s coordination was not high. The hotel’s monitoring was useless. The security staff had a very poor attitude. An experience of staying. Very unpleasant!

老牌四星級酒店，在焦作月季花園對面，環境挺好，可以去公園逛逛餵魚，酒店免費停車，房間比較整潔、安靜，早餐還算可以。

設施：洗澡淋浴頭不能調節角度，不方便也就算了，衣服脱了，身上淋濕了才發現居然沒有沐浴洗髮用品，估計是服務員大意了，很晚了，也懶得聯繫服務員送來了，勉強住了一晚

這是我住的體驗最差的酒店！16號下午6點30我們自駕到酒店，有一臉色黑黃，紋眉的女服務員，接待了我們，我從攜程定的是豪華大床房299元，他説給我們做升級調為行政大床，我們飯後去房間一看，跟圖片上259的價位房型一樣，當時我就跟那女服務員説，怎麼攜程上照片不一樣，她説不要看圖片，請問我是安攜程上照片的房型服的價錢！你給我安排的房型與照片不相符，請問是不是欺詐顧客！而且服務員跟我説，他這大床都是一樣的沒有豪華之分！好我不説什麼了有孩子！關鍵是空調一點不製冷，找個人來應付事，孩子每天8.9點睡覺，到這好快11點多了都沒能睡覺熱的渾身是汗！還跟前台説了有寶寶給找個空調好一點的，電話也用不了！大半夜給我們換的房間！換成了攜程上豪華大床的房型！請問！你這房間空着，為什麼不給顧客住！而且我付的就是同款房型的價錢！大半夜收拾一大堆行李換房，這不是折騰人嗎！最主要孩子一直苦惱！早點還沒到時間就開始收了，我媳婦懷孕了想在吃兩個煎雞蛋，大廚跟説我説，剩的那兩個煎蛋不知道誰吃了，沒有了！就指着一天一宿，我就感覺這家酒店怎麼這麼噁心！太讓人氣憤！總之以後再也不會去了，請大家慎重考慮！
