我們訂了兩間豪華型標準間，166一間，服務枱在四樓地平面上，123樓全在地下沒有電梯我們是網上訂的，沒法退房，一進房間全是發黴味，沒有拖鞋。沒有飲用水，沒有紙，一個房間還沒有電，找她換房間她還不高興，這是我們一個星期以來住的是最貴的也是最差的房間。
