As a result, the bathroom door faced the bed. And the bathroom smells very bad, and there is a smell when you enter the room. I left the ventilation on for nearly two hours, and the smell was even worse when I opened the door. Later, the hotel upgraded me to an executive room. I personally think that no matter what level of hotel, the most basic hygiene must be done well. Encountering him twice in a row always affects your stay experience. 3. At breakfast the next day, when I went in to pour the milk after half the meal, there was no waiter. I also saw my auntie hiding in there eating during the day. 4. There were 4 girls at the front desk after checking out, so I understood that there were interns there. But it seems disorganized. The hotel was very good at resolving the problem. They gave me a large bowl of fruit to apologize for the stains on the bed cover, and upgraded the hotel to a different room and gave me a breakfast for the odor problem in the bathroom. Perhaps the service staff in newly opened hotels and those that have just celebrated the Chinese New Year are unstable, and many places appear unprofessional. 這次入住體驗很差勁！ 1、地下車庫沒有清晰的指示牌。 我在地下車庫兜了兩圈，都沒找到酒店電梯，衹能給前台打電話問。 2、房間門存在安全隱患。 門鎖的安裝高度不合理，且鎖舌很鋒利，本人出門關門時，手關門時，被鎖舌劃出血。 3、客房送物很不及時，很慢很慢。 4、早餐品種少，很多餐盤空了也沒有及時補充。 5、洗衣機沒有跟華住會聯網，不知道洗衣機烘乾機是否空閑和剩餘工作時間，每次去洗衣房都碰到洗衣機和烘乾機都在運行，真的很無語。後來前台凌晨幫我拿去洗了。 6、服務很差。 給我辦理入住的前台極不專業且態度不是很好，我下午2點多到的酒店，辦理入住花了10多分鐘，一直沒有空房，一直在確認房態，態度傲慢無禮。 7、圖1電梯出來那塊區域，牆上擺滿了一格一格的香水？感覺有點像******，讓人看了起雞皮疙瘩，渾身不舒服，很嚇人，建議還是換掉吧，太驚悚了。 8、衞生間金屬門把手鬆動脱落，很危險。反映了之後，也沒人維修，想着衹住一晚，當時就沒有多説什麼。
