This hotel is very good. The room is quiet, the environment is clean, and the front desk is also polite and welcoming. On the first night, because the business was so good and the affordable room was not enough, I was upgraded to a deluxe room on the 22nd floor. I will stay there next time.

The hotel is 7 kilometers away from Nanhu. Parking is convenient, both above and below ground. The lack of soundproofing in the room affects sleep, and the service provided by the front desk staff is uncomfortable and the experience is not good. After Delu Group acquired Kaiyuan, Kaiyuan's services deteriorated.

Stayed for two days, not bad. When we checked in on the first day, the front desk said that the room had not been cleaned yet, so we left our luggage at the front desk for storage before going out to play (the hotel service is pretty good in this regard, and they will give signs and so on) After checking in at night, I felt that the room was quite big. Did it have a lake view or a sea view? But I didn’t see it either, but the surrounding environment was pretty good. Overall, the check-in experience was pretty good. Except for the stain on the chair, everything else was quite clean. The sound insulation is also good. Except for the children passing by the door in the morning and hearing the children's voices, I didn't hear anything else. But one thing I want to complain about is that when taking a shower, the water is hot and cold. When it is hot, it is extremely hot. If you move it slightly towards the cold water, the water will be extremely cold again after a while! So I spent most of my time adjusting the water temperature. I don't know if it's just the room I live in that has the problem or what. I hope this can be improved. You can also mark which side is hot water and which side is cold water.

The wet and dry bathrooms are separated. The room is very big. The corner room is provided with windows on two sides. It feels very open and bright. The hotel is relatively new and it is suitable for self-driving.

Shuqin at the front desk was very nice and helped me upgrade my room. The facilities are quite new. The only drawback is that the hotel lobby is a bit small.
