Booked a suite at the Hilton Jiaxing via Trip.com, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the expansive space. Every detail in the suite showed thoughtful consideration: the bedding was cloud-soft, allowing me to drift off to sleep instantly. The bathroom featured a modern wet/dry separation and an oversized bathtub, perfect for soaking away a day's fatigue. The mini-bar was well-stocked with a great selection of drinks, instantly making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The service was simply impeccable. Duty Manager Cathy provided a flawless response to all requests. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and room service was incredibly prompt – when I requested an extra pillow in the evening, it was delivered within minutes. The breakfast the next day offered a huge variety, with both Chinese and Western options – definitely a must-try! Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this place offers a perfect experience. It has already been added to my go-to list for stays in Jiaxing!

Xiao Li at the front desk was very patient and told me that there was a room available the next day and gave me a free upgrade. There is no smell in the room, quite big, our friends live together very comfortable, and there is mosquito repellent. The check-in process is quite standardized, the hotel is also very stylish, and it is very cool to play!

I never comment, this time I gave it to Jinjiang Capital. When I checked in, I wasn't satisfied with the orientation of the room. The waiter, Ms. Han, showed me several rooms and asked me to choose. Her attitude was so good that I didn't change rooms later. I felt uncomfortable the next day and asked for breakfast to be sent to the room. At noon, Sister Han took the initiative to call me and asked me if I wanted to bring lunch to the house. It was a timely help. She cooked a bowl of noodles and shredded potatoes, and I ate them all. Fortunately, I met Sister Han, and I was so moved.

I think the overall environment of the hotel is okay, but I would like to make a few points. The room, especially the bathroom, has a strong smell. I don't know if it's the smell of the decoration or the smell of the materials, but it smells very uncomfortable. Secondly, your pillows are really bad. I didn't sleep well the whole night. You got four soft pillows with very little filling. It's like having no pillows at all. If you want to do more business, you should change your pillows. You should learn from Atour. A soft pillow and a slow rebound pillow. It was very comfortable to sleep. I originally wanted to stay a few more nights at your house, but the smell and the pillow were really a headache, so I decided to cancel the stay. We can only change hotels. To be honest, they are not even as good as the Orange Hotel.
