"The hotel design is outstanding but it is not easy to spend your life in practical. The room number in both at key card and in front of the room is difficult to read. The rest room have no place to hang your towel and cloths. The light in the room is very dim. The very well hotel design did not match with the paper cups they provided for drinking any drinks in the room. Ceramic mug is not too expensive to provide for guest to use as other hotel. The kettle should be cleaned up or replacing with new one. It don’t think it is expensive or there is many method to clean up this stain in the internet. Staff is helpful but very few only one person at a time. The way to the breakfast room is very complicated with no any sign. What I like most is breakfast room. Very relax deign and various food option."

"The hotel's location is good; it has both ground and underground parking, with ample space in the underground lot. It's quite close to the Jiayuguan scenic area. All staff members are very friendly, always greeting you proactively. Every time I went to the front desk, the ladies there and the security guard uncle were very kind and proactively offered water. During check-in, they even gave a complimentary welcome gift (which contained many items). The room was large and very clean, with a dedicated tea station (though, unusually, no tea bags were provided). The bathroom was well-designed with a wet and dry separation; both the shower and toilet areas were spacious. The shower had plenty of hot water with stable temperature. The room also came with a washing machine. However, the facility maintenance was not up to par (the corner of the washbasin stone was broken and not repaired, and I actually scraped my thigh on it. It originally had a soft plastic corner protector, but it was also broken and neglected, see picture 5). I found the breakfast to be quite good, and the restaurant aunties were very welcoming. Bottled drinking water was provided free and unlimited. There were many dining options conveniently located around the hotel. Overall, the front-line service at the hotel was excellent. My low score for service is directed at the hotel's owner or management: it was quite hot during my stay in Jiayuguan these past few days, yet the hotel surprisingly did not turn on the air conditioning in the rooms. Upon checking in, I wasn't aware of this and turned on the AC, but after several hours, the room temperature hadn't dropped. When I inquired at the front desk, the response was: 'The weather isn't hot, so the hotel hasn't turned on the cooling for the air conditioning.' This really made me dizzy. It's true that outside in Jiayuguan, it's quite cool if you're not directly under the sun, but I'd like to ask the hotel's owner or management: do you not know that the temperature inside a hotel room is much higher than the outdoor temperature? The temperature in any hotel room will be higher than the outdoor temperature, regardless of whether it's a five-star hotel or a regular hotel/guesthouse. This is an objective fact (the principle is simple, I shouldn't have to teach you). At midnight, the outdoor temperature was 16 degrees Celsius, while the room temperature was 27 degrees Celsius! (See pictures 6, 7). How can anyone get a good night's sleep or rest in such temperatures? We had no choice but to remove the quilt inserts and just use the duvet covers (see picture 8). If it's cold, it's manageable; you can just wear more clothes or use a thicker blanket. But if it's hot, it's difficult; even if you don't wear clothes in the room, it's still hot! I hope the hotel owner and management will seriously experience this firsthand and consider the guests more. Just a side note: I'm currently in Zhangye, where the weather is even slightly cooler than Jiayuguan, and the hotel there handles central air conditioning cooling by turning it on from 7 AM to 11 PM daily. I hope this hotel learns from others and becomes more flexible."

The soft bedding and minimalist furnishings ensure a visually clean and sophisticated look while providing a relaxing and comfortable experience. Here, the design isn't a cold, impersonal accumulation, but rather an infusion of art and comfort into every corner. Whether you're taking photos or simply relaxing, it offers a truly exceptional experience! Furthermore, this guesthouse is easy to find and incredibly convenient, saving you a lot of time and hassle. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants nearby; you can easily find authentic and tasty food without any planning required. The host is truly wonderful, responding quickly to all inquiries. She explained the directions and important notes clearly before check-in and was very attentive afterward, promptly helping to resolve any issues. Overall, a very comfortable experience with excellent value for money; I would definitely stay here again next time!"

The house is a bit small, but the price is high after all. I wouldn't waste money on a room that costs only 100 yuan. The service was very heartwarming. "First off, the hygiene was absolutely terrible. The bathroom had mold, cigarette butts, and even bugs crawling on the floor while I was showering. How could they possibly miss such obvious mold stains? What kind of cleaning are they doing? Secondly, the facilities were awful. The TV kept changing channels on its own, even though no one was touching it, and then it lost signal completely, so I had to turn it off. Plus, the air conditioner just made a lot of noise but provided no cool air at all. I had to open the window and ended up not sleeping for over an hour because of the heat. To top it off, the curtains didn't close all the way, so the sun streamed in bright and early in the morning! As for other issues, I won't go into them, as different people might have different opinions. But seriously, this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I have pictures to prove it."
