The service was excellent, everything was good. There was just one issue. This hotel has the wrong location on Google Maps. After leaving the train station, I decided to walk to the hotel, turned on Google Maps navigation, and walked in the wrong direction for 30 minutes because the hotel wasn’t there. Eventually, I had to call a taxi.
When I finally arrived at the hotel and told the receptionists about this, they discussed something in Chinese, laughed, and told me to use a different navigation app. When I pointed it out again, they said, “Okay, we’ll fix it.” Ten days have passed, and I’ve just checked — the location still hasn’t been corrected.
They also asked me to leave a good review before giving me my room key when I came to collect it. They only gave me the key after I insisted firmly. Aside from that, the service was excellent.
