Airport Business Hotel (Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport)

Honestly, their service is truly exceptional. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, and the pick-up was super fast! I've had so many layovers and usually, airport hotels take at least 20 minutes for a pick-up. But with them, someone contacted me quickly after I called, and within 10 minutes, they were there to get me. The service was also incredibly thoughtful. I was traveling alone with three suitcases, and a sweet young lady helped me carry them all the way to my room. She even told me to call the front desk the next morning for help with my luggage when I left. To be honest, I felt a little embarrassed to trouble them, but when it was time for my departure, the staff was already at my door to help me with my bags. I was genuinely touched! The room was also very clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. I'll definitely stay here again for my next layover.

The customer service deserves high praise because even when I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, the staff were incredibly patient and helped resolve my issues. The room was clean, and the cleaning lady was exceptionally kind and even gave us directions to places where we could eat. It's also very close to the airport.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. However, the airport transfer was a shared shuttle bus used by several hotels, so we had to wait over half an hour for our pickup. Waiting that long in the middle of the night with kids and elderly people was quite unreasonable.
