房子內部床單被罩不乾淨有黑點，地毯上全是大黑點子，酒店前台業務對接不熟，續房打了好幾次，我們明確要求了説我們要延遲，就是給我們打，讓我們退房，而且我們明明沒到點，他們都沒在電話裏説清楚那個房卡電衹能通到兩點，不能通到三點，還要讓我們自己下去，給房卡通電，打了好幾遍看我們好欺負，給了我們尾房，我們上次住就沒有這麼多毛病，為什麼男生和女生訂房給的房型就不一樣呢？憑什麼！我們去退房的時候説了這個事情，他們説本來就是要收21小時，然後你們沒住滿，那就收一半的收十元，我們自己員工貼十元，説的那個雨季跟施捨我們一樣，態度極其惡劣

外面風景很好，屋裡有暖氣也不冷，樓下是個大商場不缺逛的地方，旁邊小街上各種好吃的，往北走不到1公里是有地鐵的

設施：挺高檔，剛裝修的。
衞生：挺不錯，很乾凈，毛巾都是用袋子裝的一次性毛巾。
環境：樓下有小夜市，雖然冬天人很少。
服務：客房服務不錯，就是隔音一般。
樓下就是萬虹廣場，住酒店停車免費。挨着王舍人地鐵口，地鐵口對面就是龍湖星耀廣場和龍湖北宸天街，美食根本吃不完。
