Will never choose this hotel again: 1. I originally booked an upgrade to a room on the 6th floor, but when I arrived, I was informed that it was not available and was given a room on the 2nd floor. It turned out to be still next to the elevator. In the room, you can hear the sound of the elevator opening and closing and people walking around. 2. I also chose the welcome fruit when I made the reservation, but I didn’t see it when I arrived. 3. The room was very cold. Even though the heating was turned on as soon as I entered the room, it was still very cold. The heater was very loud, making it inconvenient to turn it on while sleeping. The room was basically maintained at 19 to 21 degrees. I originally thought it would be better to book a room that was 100 yuan more expensive, but it was worse than a special room, so I was convinced.

The price-performance ratio is average. The room is not as good as the All Seasons, and the breakfast is not good. The most important thing is that my car was hit. I paddled from front to back. I asked them to adjust the monitoring. They said they had no rights and had to go to the manager to apply. No more news.

The hotel is quite average, and they don't deliver food when they order it, and they even pick it up by themselves

The environment is very good at this price, mainly because the service is really good. I came here after 11 o’clock and I didn’t check out of the room I booked, so I upgraded it directly without asking me to wait. There is also free mineral water. And the fruit, the cleaning aunt is also very enthusiastic, the sanitation is very good, there is no peculiar smell, the bathroom is particularly good for dry and wet separation, the facilities are complete, and the indoor supplies are free. There is nothing wrong with it except that it is a little farther from the city, but I would rather take a taxi back and forth and hope to live comfortably! Will choose this next time!

The elegant twin room smelled so bad that I couldn't sleep. I don't know if it's the bathroom or the smell of formaldehyde. I don't know if other residents can't smell it or it's only in our room.
