This time I went to Jinan and booked the Pearl Spring Hotel from Ctrip. First, it is not far from the office where the work is done. Second, there is the famous Pearl Spring in the hotel. You can enjoy it in your leisure time. Third, it is away from Quancheng Square, Daming Lake and Jiefang Pavilion. They are all relatively close. Although the hotel is older and the hardware and software conditions are worse, it is the city center after all, so I chose this hotel. In the yard of the National People’s Congress office building, and just beside the Pearl Spring, the geographical position is superior. It is convenient to go to Daming Lake, Furong Street, Longtan Spring, Baotu Spring, and Heihu Spring, because it is in the center of the scenic spot (old city). And shared bicycles are all over the street. The breakfast is very good. As a conference hotel, the catering is absolutely OK, but some rooms are older and need to be renovated.

設施陳舊，但保養維護十分到位。
早餐比從前差了太多，品種少了，味道一般般吧，餓了可以吃飽。
珍珠泉散步景色很好，就是不斷的有大爺大媽在導遊的帶領下拍照大呼小叫的，成對外開放免費景點了嗎？體驗差了。

濟南零下四度的天，竟然沒有暖氣。半夜凍醒了，打前台電話，來人看説是空調壞了，沒有制暖功能，不能給換房間。值班人員抱來一個長方形吹點暖風的物件，天亮了室温才15.5度。退房是告知因在攜程定的房間，不可以給打折或者賠償。設施陳舊。

賓館在珍珠泉景區裏，早餐特別豐盛，現炸的油條超級好吃，停車場免費，步行到趵突泉、黑虎泉、解放閣、芙蓉街、曲水亭街都特別方便，周邊吃飯也特別方便，總之很滿意！我爸媽上次去濟南入住的就是珍珠泉賓館，下次去濟南還會入住，一直支持👏🏻👍🏻

這個酒店的服務和別的旅客評價相符確實很差強人意。春節假日家庭出遊定了標間和家庭親子房辦入住問前台能不能安排同一層樓直接回倆字“不能”，問能不能之後換一下回復是“換不了”，前台曉婭是不是領導家親戚？！辦入住全程無笑臉，回覆問題態度跟欠她錢一樣，毫無客氣可言更別説其他服務了。大堂和客房裝修風格很有年代感，硬件設施維護的真不好，房間有服務指南寫了各種賠償價格還有一個酒店介紹這裡是山東省人大代表的酒店，酒店後台很硬氣。周邊去哪都方便離購物中心近，出門走幾步就到了芙蓉街。

酒店停車方便還免費，位置好，鬧中取靜，旁邊就是第三大名泉珍珠泉，走幾分鐘就是芙蓉街曲水亭街，離寬厚裏也很近，趵突泉，大明湖都可以遛彎去，周邊很多餐飲，奶茶店。酒店床舒服，晚上安靜，早餐豐盛，非常滿意。
