Yuquan Simpson Hotel

Booked two rooms for my elderly parents and kids. They upgraded us for free, which was a nice surprise. The front desk staff were very friendly and even gave us an extra power card. The room had six bottles of water, which was great. The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes by bike or electric scooter to all the attractions, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The beds weren't too soft, so we slept very comfortably. I also liked the motion-sensor light in the bathroom at night.

The hygiene was excellent, and the room even had a sterilizer. The shower pressure was great too. I loved the many table tennis-themed decorations throughout the hotel – very interesting! They even gave me a commemorative keychain when I checked out, which was a lovely touch!

The hotel lobby and elevators were quite chaotic, bustling with people every day. I guess it's because of its great location and affordable price, being so close to Baotu Spring, Henglong Plaza, and Kuanhouli – walking is definitely easier than driving here. However, the room was really old and only had basic facilities. The soundproofing wasn't great either, and definitely avoid the corner rooms; they put us right in the furthest corner. The hotel claims to have EV charging stations, but don't believe it. They said they did when I asked, but when I tried to charge, the security guard said the space was occupied and they couldn't reach the owner. I never actually saw any charging stations, so I had to go elsewhere to charge. On the bright side, security guard #739 was very nice, but the front desk staff weren't very friendly.

First time staying at a hotel with a table tennis theme! The location is fantastic; the airport shuttle drops you right at the lobby. The front desk staff were very friendly, and most of the attractions are really close by. There are also plenty of great restaurants in the hotel's vicinity. The only downside is that the bed was a bit hard, which made for a less comfortable sleep.

The room was perfect for a family, very spacious. Breakfast was also plentiful, and the location was excellent. Definitely worth staying!

The hotel environment is clean and it's close to scenic spots with lots of great food options nearby. Taxis are easy to hail and transportation is very convenient. The staff even brought us yogurt, and the room service was excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, making it super convenient for dining and sightseeing. Getting around is a breeze. The service was warm and welcoming, and the place was spotless. They even gave us a keychain with our names on it, which was a lovely touch!

The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in was efficient and quick, and the staff were friendly and professional. The food was authentic and delicious, and the breakfast was abundant. The hotel has a distinct character and offers great value for money. Whether for leisure or business travel, it's a top-notch accommodation option in Jinan city. Highly recommended!
