設施齊全，服務熱情。設施有瑕疵。譬如沐浴間門下面沒有擋水條，沐浴時水容易流出來。早餐品種有些簡單。房間隔音效果不好，一直有嗡嗡嗡的設備運轉聲，影響睡眠，好容易迷迷糊糊睡著了。上面是餐廳廚房，五點開始工作，被切菜聲鬧醒。

離司徒小鎮半個小時左右，酒店有自己的停車場比較方便，大廳寬敞明亮，前台有免費的茶飲，服務非常好，入住辦理很很快，退房的時候保安師傅還幫忙提行李，看的出來管理的不錯，每位員工臉上都有笑容，有一種家的感覺。

剛進去就感覺環境很不錯，有專人指引到停車場🅿️，非常方便。辦理入住也很快，前台很熱情，服務到位，房間打掃的很乾凈。床墊説是零壓的躺上去挺舒服的，枕頭有高的有低的，考慮的挺周到的。酒店旁邊就有一家本地特色飯店，附近有鳳展購物廣場，吃飯逛街很方便😎推薦來住

來晉城選擇了新開業的悦享酒店，酒店房間無異味，環境優美，房間設施智能，衞生乾淨整潔，床墊睡着舒服，還配有零壓記憶枕頭，工作人員服務禮貌熱情，主動介紹酒店早餐，洗衣房，健身房。後院有地上和地下停車場，有專人指引，房間隔音好，周圍吃飯比較方便，去皇城相府景區最多半小時，會推薦朋友來！！！

從司徒小鎮看完打鐵花回來辦理住宿大概已經晚上11點多了，到房間習慣性第一時間檢查床鋪衞生髮現兩根長短不一的頭髮，第一時間聯繫前台更換床品，前台也很快就來了。
！但是，換到一半可能樓下有事就走了，過了很久才回來，因為已經很晚了，孩子也着急睡覺，這個服務我真的是不敢恭維。衞生和服務真的不怎麼樣。
酒店環境和設施尚可吧。

房間設施都不錯，硬件挺好，環境也可以，就是衞生打掃的很一般，地面乾淨，但是衞生間全是玻璃隔斷，玻璃上全是水漬印，根本沒有擦拭，衞生間下水流的很慢，洗澡要等水流完了再洗，一會一開一關，沐浴頭高度也不舒服，馬桶是半智能的，但是上面還有印子也不乾淨

酒店蠻新的，床墊、枕頭都很舒服。有停車場，空間不算大，不用擔心停不好，保安師傅很會指揮。服務員服務都很好，有問題都會幫助解決。沒有訂早餐，周邊吃飯的地方也很多。還有自助的奶茶、咖啡供應。

第一次來晉城，入住了這家酒店，裝修很新，住了幾天感覺挺舒服的，衞生打掃的也很乾凈設施設備齊全，服務很好，前台都很熱情親切，住的這幾天覺得很滿意👍
