Stayed in two rooms. The air conditioning in 8418 was a little worse, but everything else was very good. It is very suitable for family travel, clean and hygienic, and very cheap. My dad said the breakfast was also good.

前台接待很熱情，主動贈送了早餐，辦理入住也很快，房間也寬敞。入住當天洗澡水温有一點涼，樓下停車位很多。

作為華住會忠實客户，有十幾年了。而且我是非常喜歡給別人習慣性好評的。但這次不一樣❗
這是唯一一次服務體驗最差的，沒有之一❗
客觀評價一下，為什麼這麼説。
1、房間小（這個不是重點，客觀説一下）
2、空調吹了60分鐘，定的30度，一直冷風，沒有暖風。被凍感冒了。
3、因為屬於公司出差，用公司軟件訂的，前台説我們衹認華住會的鉑金會員，其他軟件訂的，會員權益不享受，我説您給店長申請一下，直接來了一句，這就是“我們店長説的”。所以建議之後如果是用公司外部軟件訂的，不建議給這個店找麻煩了，因為不管你什麼會員，沒有那個權益。
