酒店位於景區口，出行很方便，房間乾淨整潔，被褥乾淨像新的。前台兩位小年輕態度超級好、熱情，特別是房間裏淋浴間的下水不暢，那個前台小男孩立馬蹲下身用手摳，這種服務讓人覺得很温馨有種家的感覺。

入住給升級了洞穴房型，房間很寬敞，小朋友很喜歡，我以前一直不喜歡住民宿，覺得衞生不行，這家民宿衞生做的很好，改變了我的想法。位置在水墨汀溪附近，門口就是小溪，夏天玩水很方便，去月亮灣40分鐘車程，也很方便，下次還會考慮入住

皖南川藏線又稱“江南天路、皖南318”，其最神祕精華路段全長120公里，六道灣自駕還是很爽的。入住的民宿應該是這邊最有設計感，門頭徽派建築，室內輕奢風格。管家服務很熱情，估計淡季還給免費升級了，有免費的洗衣房，很方便。早餐也很豐盛，尤其牛肉麪（真菜食料）

民宿在川藏線的水墨汀溪景區入口處，位置很好，是自駕遊的不二選擇。民宿有自己的泳池，很適合小孩子玩耍。民宿有自己的餐廳，飯菜很實惠適合家庭消費。前台小姑娘服務意識很強，主動協助停車拿行李，很贊。

這次涇縣皖南川藏線之旅住我選在了水墨汀溪的花築奢溪間堂，大致看了下是附近唯一一家連鎖的民宿，我想着連鎖店應該服務有保障。我們去的那天幾乎沒人，所以店家沒有服務可言，除了入住和退房跟前台小哥説了幾句話，其餘沒有任何交流，可能旺季的時候才能調動服務的熱情吧🥲
房間衞生還可以，配的牙刷梳子等用品質量蠻好的，床鋪很舒服，乾乾爽爽也很軟，裝修是乾淨的ins風。我定的星辰房型，有個浴缸，但是浴缸在床前面，就算是情侶入住也覺得有點奇怪……對面就是山，窗景很不錯，睡醒窗簾打開就是滿眼綠色。🌳🌲🎋
房間沒有電視，投影儀效果比較差，等於砍掉了一項娛樂活動。
民宿門口就是小溪，估計比較適合小孩兒們玩水，但是對我這種無聊的成年人來説這家就是平平無奇了，早飯很一般，價格我覺得偏貴，600➕的價格，不值得，如果不是親子游不為了玩水，不如選擇涇縣縣城新開的福朋喜來登。

民宿位置絕佳，門口就有小溪，方便小朋友隨時溯溪玩耍，距離景區也非常近。房間整潔衞生，佈置漂亮，躺床上就能看到最美的風景。值得一提的是，這是我住過唯一的一家民宿還提供自助早餐的！

民宿位置很好，在水墨汀溪景區入口處，停車方便。房間裝修也很考究，服務員服務很周到，協助搬運行李送到房間。川藏線自駕體驗感很好，值得一遊。民宿門口的小溪是玩水的好去處，小孩子玩的很開心
