非常糟糕的住宿體驗。房間的衞生情況很差，床單和毛巾上有污漬，浴室不乾淨，甚至發現了頭髮。設施老舊，空調噪音大，電視不能正常使用。前台服務態度冷淡，讓人感到很不舒服。早餐的選擇非常有限，食物也不新鮮。無線網絡非常不穩定，根本無法正常使用。最令人不滿的是，房間隔音效果很差，晚上能聽到各種噪音，無法好好休息。絕對不會再選擇這家酒店。

作為家庭房，我不知道老闆怎麼想的，在家庭房裡放成人用品，洗手池裡還有毛髮和牙膏，水龍頭打開關閉需要先運功才能打得開，最搞笑的是馬桶水箱裏是熱水，而最讓人頭疼的是整夜衞生間發出的低頻強烈噪音，前台解釋樓頂水箱上水和隔壁酒吧噪音，無法解決，無法換房，位置偏僻，看了看靖邊縣城中心的房子也貴不了幾十塊，總之一次非常非常差的入住體驗。

酒店位置不錯，環境好，有個大院子停車方便，前台小姐姐熱情周到，附近吃飯方，衞生一般，廁所反臭，屋裡有蟑螂希望改進。

因為是凌晨入住前台叫了幾次才答應服務態度差我訂的是有窗户的結果全遮擋與前台協商前台在小房子睡覺説房全滿態度差退房的前台態度更差不正眼瞧人按金微信付款一百塊我提前詢問第二天是否退回微信前台信誓旦旦説是退房前台態度差語氣也惡劣隔音也不好
