酒店無論從衞生和服務方面來説是無可挑剔的！除了頂樓的旋轉自助早餐餐廳讓人覺得物超所值外，延伸服務和個性化服務是體現得淋漓盡致，家裡老老小小都特別的滿意！酒店贈送的小朋友現場陶藝作畫燒製還是很治癒的！特別要提一提，入住當天辦理手續的欣欣服務員，從入住到離開，三天的管家式服務確實比其他酒店更勝一籌，值得推薦👍

老五星酒店，周邊交通混亂，在酒店停車場等了十分鐘左右才終於有個位置停車。體驗感很差。
辦理入住的小夥子挺友好，幫忙調房，贈送陶瓷手鍊，幫安排機器人送外賣，打掃房間的阿姨很客氣，客房送了入住水果，這些都很不錯。
最令人無語的是酒店31樓房間很多，樓層還有其他的公司和機構，如月子中心等，幾部電梯嚴重不足，任何時候都需要苦等電梯，早餐是最令人無語和不舒服的，人太多接待能力極其糟糕，沒有位置坐，大家都是站着等別人吃完，等服務員收拾，這些可以理解國慶人多。但食物不新鮮，食物也供應不上服務極其差，這個不能理解… 當然不會再住也無所謂了🤣

遠遠超出預期的一次住宿體驗～
酒店在市中心區域，交通便利，離高鐵站比較近，離幾大景點也不遠。
房間特別寬敞和乾淨，衞生間有十來個平方，卧室還有三四十個平方，玻璃窗户外面就是絕佳城市景色，可以俯瞰整個景德鎮的城市風貌。
早餐在31樓旋轉餐廳，一邊品嚐特色美食，一邊感受城市韻味，特別愜意。
前台小姐姐Anna特別專業和熱情，免費升級了房型，還熱心推薦了附近的跑步路線，讓我完成了11公里昌江兩岸慢跑打卡。客房服務姐姐也貼心，送了水果，還加贈了飲用水。
總之，特別滿意的一次住宿。

酒店亮點是吃早餐的31層旋轉餐廳，早餐品種不算多，但是樣樣俱到，夠吃好。地方特色油條包餈粑吃的不錯。酒店整體衞生乾淨整潔，衞生間很大很舒服。服務滿意。設備設施還可以，我住的房間窗户關不上，盥洗間的門關不上，叫服務人員後修好。

酒店🏨位置優越，從陶陽裏景區南門走過去大概20多分鐘，從陶溪川景區走過去也是20多分鐘。走進酒店大堂，裝修豪華又温馨，香氛味道宜人。前台小姐姐辦理入住迅速，工作人員熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，衞浴用品品質高！
31樓旋轉餐廳可以俯瞰整個景德鎮小城，早餐比較豐盛，一樓小朋友可以陶瓷上作畫，西餐廳的華經理連續兩天早上給我們親手做的拿鐵咖啡不錯，還非常有耐心的給我們推薦景點，指點交通注意事項。服務很好，推薦！
