The breakfast was varied and delicious, especially the cheesecake, red velvet cake, and mousse cake, which were incredibly smooth. They also offered local specialties like mixed noodles, clay pot soup, and fried dough sticks with mochi, which clearly showed the care and attention put into the preparation. After dinner, we walked to the Taoxichuan Historical and Cultural District to fully experience the charm of this thousand-year-old Porcelain Capital! They also provided detailed information about nearby attractions during check-in! The kids even went to look for the adorable cat before leaving. This place was truly a complete escape away from life, and it was so difficult to leave. The location was incredible, but more than that, the service provided was unlike anything we have ever experienced. The staff, Juanjuan and Xioaxia, were always so friendly and ready to help us with whatever we needed. As we are not from China, there were quite a few things we did not know how to do or were unable to do without a Chinese phone number, but with Juanjuan and Xioaxia, we were able to navigate those waters. Do not skip out on visiting the whole property and experiencing all they have to offer! Every staff member from the bar staff, reception, waiters, etc were all so wonderful and kind. We are already planning our next trip back to this little escape.
