這個酒店真的是一言難盡…下單時備註了要無煙房，攜程這邊很重視，給我打了兩次電話溝通這個問題，説是沒有標準無煙房，所以酒店會提前做好通風的工作。結果，等我們早上到了酒店，前台服務員説沒有看到我們的訂單，我們六臉懵圈！搞了半天，還出動了攜程客服協調解決，給我的理由是酒店信號不好，沒看到訂單，後來拉預授權也失敗了一次，也是信號不好……
所以給的房間其實也沒有提前準備好，這也就算了……去房間的路，漆黑一片，需要自己打手電……也是第一次遇到這樣的酒店！真的很擔心逃生問題啊！大堂也沒有開足燈，全靠自然光！
到了房間，發現沒有瓶裝水，就電話了前台，回覆説稍後拿過來，等待期間看到客房服務人員，又問了一次，又過了好幾分鐘，還是沒拿來，再次電話前台，結果換了一個人回覆説要下午客房服務了，才有水？！意思就是，提前給你們辦入住了，但是沒有水喝……酒店大堂明晃晃在售大桶礦泉水，真的是迷之操作！
另外，酒店的窗簾也不遮光，影響睡眠，設備和設施也都很陳舊，牆面還有多處明顯裂縫，而且連個茶包都沒有！在走廊，看到洗髮水和沐浴乳是用一次性的大礦泉水瓶子裝的，感覺可能是…無產品……真的好奇，酒店怎麼好意思寫：“按照五星級標準全資打造”，五星級的標準連放置肥皂的小盤子都沒有嗎？房間裏的空調也是擺設，開了一個小時，還是25度！用房間裏的電話打完後，衞生間的電話會巨響好一會兒，我們入住3個房間，其中2個房間有這樣的問題……
最後，我們端午期間出遊，居然因客流不足，無法開啟自助早餐，真的是要昏過去了…我們也不是不講道理，為什麼辦入住時不跟我們溝通清楚，或者電話聯繫我們，前台是留了我的電話的，非要等我們玩好，晚上回來了問了，才跟我們説，真的一點服務意識都沒有！
這個酒店衹適合自駕遊客，非自駕遊客拖着行李上下坡會被累死，離開生活、交通區域很遠。
