衞生：整體衞生還可以，就是不知道為什麼一次性拖鞋的味道那麼重。
設施：房內的電視機頂盒放得歪歪扭扭的，按電視時很不方便，wifi不穩定經常斷網，毛巾太破舊也不換點新的毛巾，茶杯有四個，漱口杯卻衹有兩個需整改完善。空調製暖效果不錯就是反應比較慢，天冷廁所位置無法接到暖氣進去。房內沒有浴袍和衣架，大冬天衣服衹能往椅子和桌子堆了。衹有洗髮水和沐浴露，沒有護髮素，對女性很不友好。房內的礦泉水倒是挺不錯。
環境：在周邊看了幾家酒店，唯有這家對我這個廣東人來説算是友好的了。不足之處望完善

住了那麼多酒店，都是習慣性好評。但這次體驗極其差！！住的最貴的行政套房，享受的是標間都不如的衞生條件！
首先，衞生清潔不合格！能想象人準備上廁所，掀開馬桶蓋，裡頭滿滿的屎尿嗎！從進門廁所就很臭，一直以為是衞生間不通風，開了排風扇還臭，才發現沒清理！保潔還説是我們拉屎忘沖水了！在我強烈説明，你可以查酒店監控看我進房的時間，她又改口是別的客人用過沒沖，那就是清潔不到位！
其次，衞生間洗浴用品都沒陳列！看這空空如也的架子，完全不像是600多一間的房該有的服務品質！後來打電話給前台，告訴我洗簌用品在櫃子裏藏着！這是怕人偷嗎？！我就沒見哪家酒店是這樣小家子氣的！能住你家最貴的房型還在乎你那點洗浴用品嗎？！
最後，早餐種類少得可憐，連牛奶都沒有！也沒有小童拖鞋。大冬天的，空調還是製冷模式！

酒店房間很乾凈，入住的豪華雙人間選擇了大面積的，所以空調打不到很暖和，小朋友睡覺怕熱所以不妨事，但是洗澡就得提前開熱水了，否則有點冷。熱水很大也很熱，這點很好。早餐品種不多，炒細粉不錯，餐廳很大，同樣空調打不熱，注意多穿衣服用餐。總體來説酒店不錯。
