The service was incredibly thoughtful and pleasant: From the smiling greeting at check-in to the staff who proactively helped with our luggage, we felt right at home the entire time. We called late at night to request an extra pillow, and it was delivered to our room in less than 5 minutes. The attention to detail was truly exceptional. The room was decorated in a simple yet elegant style, with spotless carpets and furniture. The soundproofing was excellent; with the windows closed, we couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or the street. The bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud.
