This hotel, part of a chain, is clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! The room is great, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, plus a convenient kitchenette featuring a microwave, fridge, and sink – perfect for self-catering and very clean. The air conditioning is powerful, and the soundproofing in the room is excellent. Behind the building, there's a spacious and secure private parking area. Breakfast on the 7th floor offers a wide variety of options, including local Yunnan specialties like rice noodles and rice cakes. Highly recommend staying here.

The facilities are complete, and the staff cleans the room daily. The front desk service is attentive and enthusiastic (e.g., Xiao Zhang). Breakfast offers a wide variety and ample portions.

I usually book Hiltons, and this time was no exception. It was clean, safe, and the laundry room and gym were both good. The location was convenient, parking was easy, and transportation was accessible. The pool was nice too.

I chose this hotel because it's pet-friendly, and I'm so glad there's a Homewood Suites in Xishuangbanna! It's much more comfortable than staying in a guesthouse. The room's AC was great, and the location is fantastic – easy to get anywhere. It's a 5-minute walk to the Flower Garden, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were really friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xishuangbanna.

This trip was with my parents, and Xiao Zhang provided excellent, thoughtful service. She understood my needs and reserved a room with a sofa bed for us in advance. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's location is very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xishuangbanna.

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and here's why: 1. First off, don't be fooled by the Hilton brand. This hotel is essentially a cheap budget motel. If you have any quality expectations for your accommodation, skip this one. 2. The entire hotel, from the rooms to the hallways and common areas, reeked of cigarette smoke. (It's the only hotel I've ever stayed in that smelled like smoke). 3. When I complained to the male front desk staff about the smoky room, his shocking response was, "I can't control what other people smoke." This is the first time I've encountered such rude hotel staff! I've seen many reviews mentioning the poor attitude of the front desk, which clearly shows that management completely ignores fundamental customer service issues. 4. The hotel has absolutely no security measures. Anyone from outside, like delivery drivers, can go directly to your room and knock. There's no key card access to floors, the old elevator is prone to trapping people, and there are no cameras. I do not recommend this hotel for women.
