The location is excellent, close to the Xingguang Night Market and convenient parking. The environment is good, which makes people feel happy, and there is also a free high-altitude swimming pool. The room was very clean, well-detailed and provided good sleep quality.

I often come to Xishuangbanna on business trips and always stay at this hotel. You can see the Mekong River from the open terrace. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the river to the Xingguang Night Market. The main thing is that the rooms are clean and the linens are clean. The bars and nightclubs in Gaozhuang are too noisy at night, but this place is relatively okay at night and you can have a good rest!

I recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Banna. It was the off-season when we came. The owner was very nice. He not only picked us up at the airport, but also recommended where to go. Tickets to attractions are cheaper from him than online. He also has electric cars, which are cheaper to rent than other places. The room is also nice, with great scenery! Great experience!

The room was completely empty: no toilet paper, no towels, and the shower gel and shampoo were completely useless. The bathroom showerhead had no bracket, so I had to hold the showerhead with one hand and shower with the other, making it difficult to wash my hair. I even needed help from my family. I highly recommend Yuele Meisu, located in the same complex. The owner contacted us in advance to send us the location and check-in information. When we couldn't find our way around, the owner and his wife were very helpful in guiding us. The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. The next day, because Yuele was out of rooms, we booked a room across the street. The experience was truly negative. We stayed for three days, and not a single day was without issues. On the first day, the water heater broke, so we had to switch rooms at 9 PM, from a three-bedroom to a two-bedroom. (The owner actually said, "Two rooms are enough for four of you.") The next day, when we returned to our original room, we discovered numerous dead mosquitoes on the quilt. The bathroom floor drain wasn't draining, so we had to step in the water to shower the entire time. On the third day, our itinerary changed and we wanted to check out early, but the owner refused to refund the full amount, saying that the price (based on the first booking) was already a discount and who could match it now? We don't have to stay at your place, okay?
