Three Children Art Hotel Reviews

I went to Xishuangbanna for business and stayed in Three Children Art Hotel. I was so impressed with hospitality of the staffs. Tourist (from domestic other countries) should be careful that English cannot be used in Xishuangbanna. It was same in the hotel. However, they tried to communicate with me by using translation of their cellphones. They also helped me to take a taxi when I leave to Xishuangbanna airport (20 or30 min from the hotel). Thanks to their many helps, I had great time in Xishuangbanna. Room is clean. Scenery from the room and location are also perfect. I had no complain about this hotel. I strongly recommend foreign tourists to stay in this hotel. By the way, the night market is so beautiful. I`ll come again there. Many thanks.

Nice hotel with everything you need. The bedroom is clean and beds are comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast. The pool is really nice to relax. Staffs are really kind and polite.

The Three Children Art hotel is in an amazing location! The hotel is in walking distance of all the major night markets and tons to see and do in the evenings. The staff was extremely helpful and always willing to help, regardless of the language barrier. The breakfast was a little basic, but okay for something familiar and Western to eat in the mornings. Overall I had an excellent stay, highly recommend!

The room's air conditioning was on, and I was woken up by the heat. I called to find out I had to close the window to keep warm. There was no notification during check-in, which severely disrupted my sleep. The toiletries were terrible; brushing my teeth felt like using a steel wool brush, and I even bled. As someone who travels frequently, this hotel's landline is the only one I've encountered that's so unusual – it can only be used by the hotel and front desk, not by anyone else. That's ridiculous!

This hotel was absolutely terrible, the worst hotel of my trip. The room smelled bad, was tiny, and looked nothing like the pictures. It was like being robbed during the Chinese New Year holiday; the money I spent was completely wasted!

The hotel was a good hotel, but it was truly shocking that they leaked my phone number and messages to the driver who picked me up from the airport. The driver first asked me to add him on WeChat, saying it would help me find parking more easily after landing. Then he sent me over 40 travel messages. When he learned we weren't visiting Xishuangbanna for the first time and were planning to rent a car ourselves, his attitude changed drastically, becoming sarcastic and cynical. He was clearly upset about not getting a commission. We complained to the hotel as soon as we got out of the car. It wasn't until last night, after the trip ended, that I received a strange text message. I realized the driver was retaliating against my complaint. The message was hilarious. Initially, the driver claimed to be from Heilongjiang, and the number sending the harassing messages also originated from Heilongjiang. At first, I thought it was a scam, but upon closer inspection, it was clear this message was deliberately sent to disrupt my life. He even went to the trouble of using a different phone number to send it – quite a feat! We called but no one answered, and they didn't reply to our messages. We've already reported it to the national anti-fraud app. One bad apple spoils the whole bunch. We live in a society governed by law. If your hotel doesn't handle this matter properly and continues to allow the driver to disturb our lives, then we will no longer be so polite.

Good service, good beds, clean, close to tourist attractions, food, everything convenient. Good service staff, very cute

The room is small, but everything else is pretty good. The front desk service is very friendly, parking is very convenient, and the night market is within walking distance. If it's too hot during the day, you can drink tea in the room. It's quite comfortable for one person, but there's no room for two people.

The room is well-equipped and comfortable. The front desk guy and girl upgraded the top standard king-size bed room to a deluxe room for free. The service was very thoughtful. The bathroom was large and there was a double balcony where you could drink tea and enjoy the view. It is worth recommending.

Stayed here for 4 consecutive days. It's very close to the night market, so it's very convenient to go out for a massage. The fruit is super cheap. I suggest you walk ten minutes to Tianshun Farmer's Market to buy it. It will be much cheaper than Gaozhuang.

It is near Gaozhuang and is quite quiet. The night view is nice and it is convenient to go to Xingguang Night Market. The service is very good and enthusiastic. The room is clean and overall it is good and affordable.
