位置好，離曼聽公園很近，有停車位，價格合適，房間大小剛好，住着不擠。員工挺有禮貌的，退房也快，沒什麼麻煩事，五星好評沒問題。

這家酒店沒讓人失望 服務到位住得挺舒心的 位置也好 價格合適 房間大小剛好 住着不擠 員工挺有禮貌的 周邊吃飯逛街吃飯都很方便 整體下來很滿意 下次還會住這裏

地理位置優越，走路去曼聽公園也就十分鐘，還能免費停車。春節期間其他住宿的地方翻幾倍的漲價，這家雖然設施有些老舊，但價格很良心啦。周邊小吃很多，騎共享電車很方便。有很多老年人來此租房過冬。

衞生：環境極差，滿地煙灰和毛髮，床單被套枕套沒有更換，裏面還有頭髮。洗漱毛巾浴巾使用過沒有更換。
環境：房間內蟑螂出沒，睡覺前打死一衹（見圖）。
房間不隔音，是非常不隔音。從晚上八點到凌晨三點多還是很吵。有樓上腳步聲，燒烤店喝酒聲，汽車，摩託車聲。根本無法入睡。
環境：沒有熱水洗漱，空調電流聲異響。
