酒店無論從設施還是環境都是一流的，佔地400畝的空間又是泰王遺址酒店本身就是個景區，如果去度假的話我感覺都不用出去，因為外面景區的環境還不如酒店好😀感謝管家給我免費升級了房間，這次最滿意的還是酒店這塊，但是服務和早餐這塊還是和五星級不是太匹配，，團隊來了亂成一鍋粥，不過今天酒店也很貼心為會員升級了早餐專區，我們訂的房間還有下午茶安排，像我這種小胃口的人都不用出酒店飲食😃😃下面的圖片都是本人實拍

據説是傣皇宮的遺址。酒店非常大，綠化覆蓋率大概在80%左右。連服務員都説，剛進來的一個星期，經常會在裏面迷路。酒店因為建造的有些年頭了，所以雖然房間大，但有些設施並不是很新。衞生間的淋浴設備和馬桶都比較舊。但看得出，酒店也在不停地做改造。電視機可以投屏，吹風機也是仿戴森的。這家酒店的服務員實在是太熱情太好了，非常滿意。就可惜行程太匆忙，沒來得及酒店的旅拍，建議到西雙版納的朋友可以選擇這家酒店。另外，酒店的蚊子是西雙版納型號的。咬出來的塊兒，又癢又痛又酸，皮膚過敏的一定要做好準備。

房間挺寬敞，設施一應俱全，minibar飲料免費享用，還有貼心的小童沐浴露洗髮水之類，外面景色也不錯，自助早餐品類豐盛，用餐環境很好。本來房間裏覺得有點兒榴蓮味兒，跟Anna管家説了以後立馬問要不要換房間，家人怕挪窩就説算了，誰曾想立馬有服務員抗了台空氣凈化器來，服務挺好的。還有免費送機。酒店環境贊，有孔雀、泳池、小童樂園（裏面還可以免費彩繪，換傣族服飾）

服務：入住前一天就有酒店的人員加微信，給我們介紹版納的景點、接駁車、酒店活動時間安排，很貼心。我們定的大床房，省級了單卧套房，住的很舒服。行政酒廊的下午茶特別好吃，冰拿鐵好喝。設施：早餐的米線特別好吃，許願祈福也是免費參與，贈送的奶茶旅拍拍的很好，粧造很好看，能選出來好多片。環境：酒店好大，裏面有幾個佛殿，泳池恆温，適合泡酒店。

非常愉快的一次住宿體驗。西雙版納是我們這次雲南遊的第一站，版納住的第一家酒店就是洲際，剛進來就被雨林的環境震撼到了，真的美不勝收，很有美劇裏面蘇梅島之類度假酒店的感覺了。房間免費升級到了行政大床房，服務也是非常好，服務人員都很有禮貌，也很主動熱情❤️🔥 環境這點沒的説。早餐品種豐富。酒店還有多種多樣的附加活動，我們去看了鬥雞表演，很精彩哦！非常推薦！已經推薦給家人和朋友了，下次再來的話還會選擇這家酒店😁

淡季洲際酒店很舒服，酒店和房間環境都很大，容易迷路哈哈；度假活動比較豐富，有旅拍有游泳有鬥雞表演有放水燈，旅拍的化粧比較推薦，化粧師審美都ok，幾個朋友一起體驗了88的簡粧都很不錯，沒有網紅感，頭飾也配得很美！餐食方面吃了一頓早餐，淡季人也不少但是取餐挺快、樣式也挺多，味道也不錯，因為去徒步還讓服務員打包了一些麪包。服務響應也挺及時，打前台的需求很快就能解決，就是外賣有點麻煩，需要酒店人員送上門，朋友有個外賣丟了雖然問題不大。缺點就是園區旅拍的時候蚊子很多比較影響體驗感建議房間的燈光可以升級一下明亮點的。

環境超級棒，彷彿住進了熱帶花園！房間寬敞又乾淨，服務人員態度親切，帶孩子來玩很合適，因為正好碰上了小朋友要過生日，還給疊了大象送了生日蛋糕！離店時送了伴手禮！整體體驗很滿意，強烈推薦！

總體體驗很棒因為酒店周圍都是樹所以外面的蟲子會比較多房間內打掃的很好很乾凈但馬桶等設施比較老不是智能馬桶勝在房間外風景好都是樹和綠色的原生態住在8棟離門口有點遠每次去酒店門口或者回房間不想走路的時候都會有小車可以接送很方便送外賣也很及時送的拍傣服也很不錯運氣比較好抽到的攝影師修圖師很好省去了額外去找傣服租借和拍照的麻煩
