老公出差景洪一天，幫他預訂了這家酒店，實景和評論無區別，2024 年開業的新民宿酒店，裝修風格挺獨特的，酒店設在景洪萬達的商業別墅區裏，環境清幽，衞生乾淨整潔，設施設備現代化。吃完飯老公也沒去哪裡溜達，早早回酒店房間裏泡茶休息，老公説酒店的床墊不錯，很舒服，還有尤其喜歡房間裏那個小音箱（՞ਊ՞）👍，看來是不錯的一次體驗，感謝店家的完美服務誠信經營， 五星好評（✌️°∀°）！！！

Prior to our arrival, the hotel's attentive concierge, Veina Li, reached out via WeChat to inquire about our specific requirements, ensuring that our stay would be personalized and comfortable. Her meticulous preparation of the room, which included child-safe amenities and playful touches, demonstrated a remarkable level of care. The hotel's vast premises and family-centric facilities were a huge hit with us. The dedicated children's area, filled with engaging activities and toys, kept our kids entertained throughout our stay. Moreover, the hotel organized various family-friendly events that allowed us to bond and create lasting memories. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with a kids' menu that was not only nutritious but also presented in a way that appealed to young palates. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and stands as a shining example of what exceptional family-friendly accommodation should be. We would eagerly recommend it to any family seeking a delightful and worry-free vacation.

原本衹是臨時選擇的酒店，卻給了我大大的驚喜！酒店交通便利，停車也很方便。房間寬敞明亮，佈置温馨，還能看到窗外的美麗景色。公共區域乾淨衞生，健身房、洗衣房等配套設施一應俱全。尤其是早餐，現做的小吃讓人回味無窮。這次入住體驗太棒了，已經安利給身邊的朋友！

We have been visiting the Pullman Resort during our Golden Week Holiday. The hotel was quite empty despite the festival season. We also know the Pullman in Sanya Bay well and were somewhat disappointed of the one in Xishuangbanna. Overall, the hotel was way too expensive for the provided quality and services, we cannot recommend it. Pro: The hotel has been a nice choice due to its rooms in good conditions but nothing “special”. + The location is a bit outside of Jinghong - so it’s quiet and green, you can do nice small walks in the area of the resort + Since it wasn’t full, you could easily get some space during breakfast + The breakfast was quite nice (but monotonous after 3 days). + Very nice of the breakfast staff: in the last morning they provided us some bacon since the children were looking for it Cons: General: - The service level was not good at many places of the hotel: - No English speaking staff in the hotel. Especially at the reception it’s a big disadvantage - No shuttle service to public spaces - In the area are not many shops or restaurants and at least many were closed during our stay (maybe because of Golden Week) - The outside breakfast area is not nice and you are more or less forced to sit inside due to pest control during morning - The intensity of pest control was terrible; every day they sprayed somewhere in the hotel chemicals. During the morning the garden was fully covered in smog of chemicals and you cannot go outside; even inside the breakfast area you could smell it; one day in the afternoon the entrance street to the street was fully covered with smog and it was almost impossible to walk through there, due to pest control the whole garden is literally dead, don’t expect nice butterflies or dragonflies - it’s all gone (see the first picture) The pool service is poor for many reasons: - You cannot order any food or drink at the pool; - They don’t have any seat mattresses/cover, you have to sit on the blank chairs - The number of seats at the pool is very limited, even when the hotel was not full, not every person could get a seat - The sunshade umbrellas are useless as they cannot be moved or changed and their direction does not protect well against the sun - The requirement to wear a swimming cap is strange and everyone needed to buy one… Overall: We cannot recommend the hotel for higher price, if you get it for low price it’s a good deal but look for some alternative if you can.

I came to Xishuangbanna again ten years later and chose to stay overnight. The homestay is a large villa, not in the downtown area, very quiet, the operator is a beautiful boss, very enthusiastic, you can feel her intentions from the beginning, the room is distributed on the first to third floors, The decoration style inside is very comfortable and feels like going home. It can be seen that a lot of effort has been put into the decoration. The environment is comfortable and clean. The yard is lively every day. The atmosphere is particularly good. Next time you come to Banna, you must come here again. Sitting in the yard is a happy feeling! I came to Xishuangbanna again ten years later and chose to stay overnight. A very good accommodation experience. After traveling to several cities in Yunnan, I finally had a good sleep at this B&B, which focuses on quietness and comfort. The hotel room is clean and tidy, the bedding is high-grade, and there is intelligent voice control curtain lighting, air conditioning TV and bathroom exhaust. It is very good. You can get it by shouting a small degree. It is very smart and the experience is very good. The service attitude is very good, the lobby manager helps me with my luggage and guides the accommodation carefully. Although there are many people staying during May 1st, the hotel service attitude and the room are clean and tidy, it is recommended, it is worthy of praise!

雲南人第一次到版納遇到了超級超級有温度的一家民宿🏨 從入住當天上午就主動聯繫需不需要接站服務 入住期間還有一份下午茶☕️ 是pulltab 品牌的咖啡或果汁🍹還有一份小甜點 入住前管家還幫忙提前把空調打開了，對於怕熱的我來説簡直服務💯 詢問了租電瓶車服務，雖然管家説🈚️但是！超級用心的幫我找了最近的租車行還問了價格💓 房間風格一看就是設計師民宿的風格超ins風 床超級舒服好睡，一覺就到天亮！ 睡醒了民宿的姐姐還給煮了藤椒麪條🍝 都是東北的姐姐和管家！聊天嘎嘎得勁！
