The staff in the store are all handsome guys who are very helpful haha I spent the whole day in the hotel The cliff infinity pool on the roof is amazing for taking photos If you are lucky, you can also watch the sunset and sea of clouds The window is surrounded by tropical plants. The atmosphere is full on rainy days! I love the rainforest private hot spring. It feels great to be on vacation! I won't get tired of it even if I stay there for a whole day! I woke up at noon to eat lunch, read a book in the public area, and took photos on the rooftop~ Highly recommended for those who want to lie down on vacation!

The hotel service is very good, highly recommended. The location is also good and clean. The handsome guy at the front desk has great service. However, if the curtains in the small family room are not fully drawn, they will leak. I don’t know if all the curtains are like this or just this room. And for those with children, it is best not to live on the same floor as those with elders. It is a bit noisy at night. But it will be fine after a while. I will book this hotel next time I come to Banna, and the price is very suitable. Don’t let high cost performance affect soft and hard services.

Only after moving in did I realize how meticulously detailed they are, making me want to keep a notebook. The housekeeper's message was so gentle, even down to the punctuation, saying afternoon tea would start at 2:30 PM. Arrive half an hour in advance to reserve a seat with a view of the Lancang River. I finally realized it when I actually arrived: the bamboo chairs basked in the sun, the Swiss rolls for tea were fragrant with milk and tea, and had mushroom-shaped patches. The wind rustled through the leaves, and I told my friend, ”This isn't afternoon tea; it's a stolen moment of leisure.” I received a reminder to make bed in the evening and replied ”yes.” When I returned from the night market, the bed was made and ready for me to sleep in, no need to unpack or unpack. There was mosquito repellent on the corner, and my toothbrush was placed in a cup. The souvenir was a straw bag containing mosquito repellent, hand cream, a steam eye mask, and earplugs—very practical, I mean.
