The room was spacious and bright, with complete and clean facilities. What surprised me most was the hotel's self-service laundry room. The most annoying thing about traveling is dealing with dirty clothes, but here they not only have washing machines but also dryers, so I never had to worry about clothes not drying. Even better, laundry detergent and disinfectant were provided for free in the laundry room, so you could just start using them. The washed clothes had a faint fresh scent, which made me feel so comfortable wearing them. The staff were also incredibly attentive and responded promptly to any requests. The hotel is very close to Splash Square and Manting Park, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. This hotel offers such great value for money; I will definitely choose it again next time I visit Xishuangbanna! Excellent value for money! Warm and thoughtful service! Rich breakfast! The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to everywhere and it is very convenient to take a taxi. The room is clean and tidy, and the staff is warm and friendly. When meeting the cleaning staff, they will take the initiative to say hello and ask if the room needs cleaning and replenishing items. Breakfast is served until 10 o'clock, so late risers can also have breakfast. The hotel can provide airport pick-up and drop-off services. The general manager personally picked us up and drop us off twice. Hahahaha. It's a great honor. He also enthusiastically helped with luggage, recommended tourist attractions, etc. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel when visiting Xishuangbanna~

I stayed for two nights and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. You can tell the hotel pays great attention to detail. The cleaning staff tidied up every day on time and even proactively refilled our drinking water and tissues. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, so I slept really well without any discomfort. The facilities are well-maintained; the WiFi was stable, and there was plenty of hot water for showers without interruption. There was no aggressive upselling, and the service was just right – attentive without being intrusive. The environment was clean and quiet. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. Highly recommend!
