📍 **地理位置優越**：酒店位於萬達商圈附近，周邊餐飲購物選擇豐富，樓下就是公園廣場，可以活動活動。
🏨 **房間舒適整潔**：我們這次入住的是明星商務房，寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，衞浴設施乾淨現代。
🌟 **服務貼心周到**：前台熱情辦理入住高效熱情，因為我們出差拎着大箱子，還提供了接送車服務。客房阿姨打掃細緻，有事呼叫的時候響應速度特別快，還有清洗衣服的服務，每次都是洗乾淨烘乾後摺疊好了給我們送到房間，特別貼心。前台還提供百寶箱，平時生活需要的物品都有免費提供。
🍽️ **餐飲體驗**：早餐種類豐富，有各式粉面，餛飩，粥品，水果炒菜等等，餐廳環境優雅，服務也很及時。 晚上還提供各式暖心粥，有綠豆湯，銀耳湯，米酒湯圓！

我是旅遊去西安途徑荊門，選的這家酒店，強烈推薦
1，地點好，周邊環境好，樓下商超街心公園小超都有。
2，酒店配置高，華麗，服務員年輕可愛，熱情，告知明確
3，酒店房間超大，我住的標間，房間內設施齊全，燈光明朗，乾淨衞生。樓層7樓，很安靜。
4，洗衣非常方便，早餐品種豐富，最愛吃牛肉麪，很好吃。
總之，無論商務還是旅遊，都適合，強烈推薦

可以帶狗狗的好酒店！服務特別好，工作人員對狗狗都很友好～房間跟圖片展示的一樣，乾濕分離，衞生乾淨。早餐很豐富，餛飩和玉米好好吃，晚上還有米酒湯圓吃😋不錯不錯，下次來荊門還住這！

是來荊門出差的，對比了好幾家榜前酒店，最終還是選擇了鉑瑞酒店，起初是被色調圈粉的，住了4天終於是被服務圈粉了！！！前台小姐姐們非常有禮貌！！會主動打招呼，有求必應的那種～
設施：最心動的是停車場免費，有地面停車場和地下停車場，每次出去到前台錄車牌就可以，前台小姐姐幫忙錄，非常方便，開車黨非常友好～
衞生：本人是一箇中度潔癖，這家酒店晚上可以説是唯一一家我心裏不隔應的，來之前看評論還挺擔心衞生啥的，來了之後，我的東西完全就是多餘的！！酒店所有工作人員一直有在進步！！
環境：環境很nice，色調很舒服，隔音效果很好，住了4天沒聽見任何雜音，窗簾是非常遮光的那種，工作一天回到酒店能睡得很好！床啊枕頭啊都很舒服。
服務：這個真的要誇一誇，這真的是一家非常有温度的酒店，當天是開了一個通宵早上到的酒店，明明是沒有早餐吃的，但是餐廳阿姨還是給煮了牛肉麪了餛飩👍🏻👍🏻，前台旁邊每天都有不同的茶水，完全免費，晚上還有綠豆粥，銀耳羹，甜酒湯圓等等，前台小姐姐會幫忙盛好端過來👍🏻👍🏻出差忘記帶鼠標墊了😭😭電腦放在酒店，人出差回酒店發現鼠標下面有個鼠標墊！！應該是阿姨打掃衞生的時候給拿的，太感動了，誰懂這種主動式的服務，主動觀察客人的需求，好感+10086，找不到洗衣服，洗碗阿姨還會主動帶去洗，太貼心了。房間每天都會
打掃，每天都跟第一天住進來的感覺一樣，非常整齊，阿姨還會幫忙把沒疊的衣服疊好，很用心的服務。前台有各種各樣的小工具，針線包、捲髮棒、洗臉巾等（還有一些不記得了），前台小姐姐還會給打爆米花吃（也是免費的），想吃多少有多少，開發票也是秒開不拖拉。
第一次想主動寫評價，因為鉑瑞（掇刀萬達店）它值得！！祝酒店越來越好～

超五星體驗！這家酒店徹底刷新了我的出行認知！這次入住的體驗簡直太驚喜了！必須給這家神仙酒店瘋狂打call！首先自駕朋友可以完全放心，地上地下停車場大得像迷宮一樣，重點是免費停車！對於我們這種開車族來説簡直太友好了~清晨被豐盛的自助早餐叫醒的感覺太幸福了！現煮的湯麪熱氣騰騰，西式蒸餃 煎蛋香噴噴，還有十幾種小菜水果隨便拿，完全值回房費！特別要吹爆前台小盼小姐姐，辦理入住時主動幫我們免費升級了豪華影院房！這波操作太圈粉了~房間大到可以跳廣場舞！全景落地窗採光無敵，床品柔軟得像是睡在雲朵上。最絕的是100寸高清投影+環繞音響，晚上和閨蜜窩在沙發看大片，配上酒店免費送的米酒湯圓，這不就是夢想中的度假生活嘛！特別表揚前台盼盼小姐姐，服務態度超級贊！
